The tablets are white and flat-ish ovals with no noticeable coating. The inside of the bottle had quite a bit of white dust, but none of the tablets were cracked or broken. The directions are clear and easy to follow. They're not scented and are quick to swallow, so I didn't notice any taste. I didn't have any issues afterward, and I felt more energetic and refreshed after a few days.

These pills contain Biotin, Collegen, Vitamin C, and 2 grams of Protein. I have just started taking them I think it will take a bottle or 2 taken consistently to see real results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I normally do a collagen mix supplement that you put in to your drink. This a little more convenient because it's a pill form. You can take all three at once or spread it out during the day. The one thing is if you have a hard time swallowing pills these are kinda big. For me they were easy to swallow one by one and they didn't really have a bad taste or odor. They made my skin look nice and glowing. They were also gluten free and I like that because I have an allergy. I definitely would buy again.
