[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This type of chair lends itself to a specific market. Long hours working with minimal breaks would make this chair great for the hard worker. The massage option is great but it makes the back cushion slightly uncomfortable when not in use. Good color and lines for a modern choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair is a beautiful rich brown. The upholstery is soft and would be easy to clean. The chair is comfortable with recline, swivel and massage features. It would make a perfect chair for any office.

I work from home and needed a new office chair. I got this for Christmas and even though its been two days of having it, i can honestly say it is a really nice chair. the assembly was not too hard, the comfort of the chair is perfect not too hard and not too soft, the heat does take a minute but I only used it once, and the shiatsu massage is perfect, you can adjust the pressure so its not intense or too light. so far no complaints at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great office chair! When I sat down in it, I didnt expect a heater and massage built in! For those who sit in a chair for long amounts of time each day this is a great feature. Only problem is you might inadvertently take a nap when your supposed to be working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a soothing motion on your lower/mid back, this is the chair for you. The feel of the chair is nice and soft. The brown color and style have an executive chair look. I wish it had more range of motion and more features. It's very basic in function but nice looking.

Well packaged and very comfortable. Love it! This is perfect for the long day.

My only complaint is that the chair has to be plugged into an outlet to use the heat and massage settings… the wheels run over it.

The massage and heat feature is great. Had 0 issues with assembly

Great work chair! Wish the massage was all the way up but it's still an amazing chair.

I work from home and I wanted a new chairs. Love the massage and heat- just wish it was a bit stronger.
