Heated office chair with massage works well. The seat is roomy and if you’re leaning back, is when you feel the massage the most. The heat feature is fairly low. It’s not like a car’s seat warmer with 3 levels of heat, just one, low setting. I like that the chair feels sturdy, and not like the castors are going to break right away. Overall, for the price, I really like this chair. I wish it would “charge” and you could use the chair features without being plugged in but, it’s a solid choice.

I work from home and needed a new office chair. I got this for Christmas and even though its been two days of having it, i can honestly say it is a really nice chair. the assembly was not too hard, the comfort of the chair is perfect not too hard and not too soft, the heat does take a minute but I only used it once, and the shiatsu massage is perfect, you can adjust the pressure so its not intense or too light. so far no complaints at all.

Buy it! It’s worth it

I’m so satisfied with this product! It looks exactly like the pictures. The leather is high quality and the seat is very comfortable. The massage feels nice at the lower back too. Heat is just right. My husband and I struggled a bit in assembling the chair especially the arm rest, but it was worth it!
