The massage option is great but it makes the back cushion slightly uncomfortable when not in use. Good color and lines for a modern choice.

I work from home and needed a new office chair. I got this for Christmas and even though its been two days of having it, i can honestly say it is a really nice chair. the assembly was not too hard, the comfort of the chair is perfect not too hard and not too soft, the heat does take a minute but I only used it once, and the shiatsu massage is perfect, you can adjust the pressure so its not intense or too light. so far no complaints at all.

For those who sit in a chair for long amounts of time each day this is a great feature. Only problem is you might inadvertently take a nap when your supposed to be working!
