I am the re-supplier of the TP rolls around the house and even my husband commented on how long each roll lasts! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe I am saying this, but Charmin Ultra Soft is the best toilet tissue I have ever used! I received a complimentary package of 4 Mega rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft from Proctor and Gamble who produces this item. My very first impression was somewhat negative as it was too big for my toilet tissue roller. The mega rolls are 4 rolls in one and it just would not roll. I had to take off about 20 sheets so it would unroll. One of the lesser benefits is that you don't have to replace the roll as often because it contains so many more sheets and you don't need many sheets to take care of the job at hand. (lol, sorry, that was a sick joke). However, as I was taking the 20 sheets off I noticed how thick and soft the toilet tissue was and yet it is safe for sewer and septic systems according to the package. Then the real test: the swipes. Don't know how they do it, but the paper felt silky as I was using it, and of course it was soft. My fingers did not poke through and it did a thorough job of cleaning without leaving any residue. I think they should rename it Ultra Soft and Silky. I am fully confident in this product that it does the job, plus!

Other brands let me down in a variety of ways, but this one never does. It's soft, as promised, and it never causes irritation. It's also plush feeling so you do feel a little pampered. I like all the absorbent layers and feel this is a high quality product worth paying more for.

The product itself its so so soft, big which is so convenient its like having a more rolls for less. Great great product will forever use it in this toilet paper, happy tushys.

These four rolls outlasted 6-8 rolls of the bargain brands we normally purchase, These are actually large rolls! The texture of the toilet paper was soft, almost cloth like feeling to it. It was also very strong.

i have and will buy and use ultra-soft charmen,but i got the surprise of the year when i got about halfway through my last 24 double pk. i pulled out the next roll to use and it was single ply tissue. it was just like hotel paper. somebody goofed? chuck.

I didn't think I would be as impressed as I am. It's so soft and strong. It's safe for my septic system. And I'm using less sheets at a time than my usual brand. It has been a week and we just finished the first roll, where a typical roll lasts about 3 days. I've even started using the Charmin for my nose instead of my name brand tissues with aloe! I'm not the only fan-everyone in the home is pleased! My 3 yr old said "Ooh that's soft! I like it!". He is obsessed with soft fabrics. A friend came to visit the other day, and made a beeline for the restroom as soon as she walked in ( too much coffee on her drive). When she came out she asked if I had switched brands. I told her about getting chosen for the BzzCampaign and getting to try the Charmin for free. My friend liked it so much during her visit, she's going to buy it for her house. It'll be the brand I use for my home from here on out!

I have been purchasing Charmin for over 40 years. It is the only brand of toilet tissue we use. I always get the Ultra Soft. It holds up very well, and flushes away completely. Why would you buy any other product when the best is sitting right there on the shelf. The price is very good for the product you receive.
