I have been using Charmin TP for as long as I can remember and switched to Ultra Soft when it came out. Not only is it no longer Ultra Soft it's not even reasonably soft. We will be switching to a different brand for our next purchase.

We love Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper. It is so soft and durable We recently had to buy something else in a pinch and never finished the package because we missed our Charmin Ultra Soft. Thanks for a great product.

Charmin ultra soft is the only TP we use in this house. It is so soft and gentle on sensitive skin. I’ve tried others if they’re on sale, but they don’t measure up to the charmin ultra soft!

I cannot believe you all reduced the size of the the roll. Bad enough our candy bars get smaller but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I will no longer by Charmin.

Anything other than this would be settling for less!! This is a must have I my household and used by all. I buy in bulk and smaller packages too. This is the good stuff!

Love the softness, but due to the tendency to leave TP dust everywhere, on my and on my clothes, not to mention the floor, etc, I will be looking for a cheaper alternative, even if it means forfeiting some of the softness.
