[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, that you get more for your money on Charmin Ultra Soft. I have 3 daughters and Charmin has lasted us longer then any other product we have used.

I like the product, but I don't like the smaller roll size. The original 4.27" width is just fine with me. Can we special order the "classic" size? Can I order a 5'-wide roll so I can cut my own width?

I have been buying ultra soft mega rolls for a while and have told everyone I know to do the same. I am, however, dissapointed that the width of the roll has shrunk! Love the product but I may have to switch to something else .

I have loved this TP since it came out and bought only this for my household. but latest purchase really upset me since roll is no longer wide enough to clean you thoroughly without a mess. just lost my business!!!

Used to love this product and it was the only one we'd buy. Until it was narrowed from 4.5" to 4". And the cardboard tube was widened. We'll never buy it nor any Charmin or P&G brand until you add back the missing 1/2" and restore the narrower tube.

I am so unhappy with the company that you took away the width of the roll It moves all over the toilet paper roll and you have to use more I'm thinking about changing brands please get the width back in the rolls

Something has happened to Ultra Soft lately. It does not feel soft, it feels like single ply, and I am using more sheets than I did a year ago. You had a great product - why did it change? Too bad - I will start looking for another brand.
