[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a four pack of Charmin Ultra Soft through the mail from Charmin. It was very soft and I thought I would like it, but that was not the case. I took a roll out of the package and immediately noticed that it's actually narrower than the toilet paper we use. It's only narrower by an 1/8th or 1/4 of an inch, but it made a difference!! Also, the toilet paper is 2 ply. This sounds nice, but it's thicker and I am just afraid it's going to clog up the toilet bowl. They say you can use less, but let's face it, you use how much you use....with 3 boys in the house, i'm just not willing to risk a clogged toilet. That's a mess I just dont want. yes, it's softer than we are used to, but it's imperceptable...sorry, i'm sticking with what I have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin was soft and gentle on my bottom plus when my daughter spilt a little water it absorbent. I liked the soft and thick squares that didn't rip when wiping. I would def spend the extra money on the better quality, I usally buy the cheapest toilet paper but not any more I am becoming a charmin girl.

My husband prefers this toilet paper over other name brands and store brands. I find it to be comparable to similar store brands, though. The price for this product is high, in my opinion, and it might be cheaper to wipe my bottom with actual money. However, I guess we’ll stick with this paper for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I compared my regular brand to Charmin. Just did not stack up to my regular brand. Yes, it is softer. ...not by a lot. But, one roll of my regular tissue is larger than one mega roll of Charmin. Where is the benefit in that? If you are looking for softer, this would be a good choice. If you are looking for value and a larger sheet, my regular brand is the winner. Sorry Charmin!

Some of the other products out there would not stand up to the quality and softness of Charmin. Great Product. I would purchase Charmin over the other brands after trying and I would go for the Ultra soft, it is also strong.

The price is competitive with other brands, but I think it's a value because less paper is needed because of the texture of the tissue. Because of my comments above, I will continue to use only this even when it's not on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance, I was a little skeptical. When I first opened the package I wasn't sure if it was going to live up to it's name. It didn't appear to be super soft. The embossed pattern in it made it seem (by looking at it) not as soft as my current paper; however, it was actually very soft AND it did a better job of "cleaning" than what I am used to. I was very impressed with this product and plan to use it in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been loyal Charmin customers for years. So, when they sent me a package of their Ultra Soft 4MEGA pack... Oh Boy I was excited! This toilet paper is soft and durable. It's an excellent value, and the large(I mean really LARGE) rolls last longer since you don't have to use as much to get the job done. This is also a great product if you have kids. Potty training is more pleasant with Charmin Ultra Soft due to its super-absorbency and soft cottony feel. Another very nice plus is that this toilet paper is so gentle and works great for little noses.

It lasts a very long time compared to the store brand I was using. I love the size of the rolls they are so big. The average tissue roll last my family one to two days top not Charmin mega roll it have lasted us four days now and counting off of one roll. All I can say is I am loving this tissue. Thanks to Bzzagent my family was able to review this product before buying and it has really won me over. I definitely will be buying more.

I have been a faithful Charmin Customer for 30 years. I have never bought another TP. However the latest shrinkage of the roll is too much. I hope the skinny paper is due to shortages and will not be permanent. If it's the new size, then I'm finding another TP. Please bring back the wider TP we love.
