Their "New %26 Improved" rolls conveniently have 56 sq. ft of toilet paper less than the regular for the same price.

Smooth tear is bad

I love Charmin ultra soft. But smooth tear it's not. It doesn't work you actually have to rip it apart. Just thought you need to know that.

Received Charmin Ultra Soft Mega rolls

sloppy packaging

I buy Charmin in the big bulk packages for convenience. But the last couple of packages have been packaged terribly and I am unable to use several of the rolls. The center cardboard rolls are squished beyond repair and one roll was missing the cardboard altogether. Love the softness of the toilet paper but if I can't put it in the holder it does me no good. Very disappointed.

Product has gone down in quality.

Our family has been using Charmin Ultra Soft for years and always thought it was an excellent product. However, within the last several months, the quality has really dropped off. It feels thinner and more porous, and doesn't have the same degree of softness. I am extremely disappointed and cant believe that this situation isnt apparent to your Quality Control people. Or maybe it is just a corporate decision to downgrade the product for economic reasons. Would be interested in a response.

Charmin Ultra Soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Soft is what everyone wants in a toilet paper. It is Soft,the roll lasts longer because you need less!!I love Charmin Ultra Soft tissue paper!! It really is ultra soft ..As you get older that is really important. I find that you have to use less paper because the roll lasts longer. You need less to get yourself clean. Also its better on the wallet if you have a large family!!
