I received a free sample pack of Charmin Ultra Soft from the brand and I noticed the thickness and softness as soon as I grabbed a roll from the pack.--this paper really is Ultra soft! Even my kids commented on the change up saying they liked the plush new paper. We have used another major brand that is at a similar price point for years, but I will be switching to Charmin Ultra Soft on our next grocery stop!

The price needs to be a little more competitive with other super soft brands if I am ever going to change for good, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not very often that I would think to write a review about toilet paper but my experience with this toilet paper is worth sharing. A month ago, my husband bought industrial grade single-ply toilet paper and we have been struggling through it. When I recently brought the Charmin Ultra Soft into the house, my son's reaction was to pet the roll and rub it on his face. After the petting and fondling stopped, he immediately proceeded to change out every roll of toilet paper in the house. For several days, he had convinced house guest feel our "new, fancy" toilet paper. The ability to excite a young boy is a pretty good testimonial for a largely forgotten and ignored product type. It's not the cheapest around, but the flannel-like softness is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, I did the "Squeeze the Charmin" move as soon as I tore open the package! Charmin Ultra Soft was everything it promised soft, thick and had a cushion like velvety feel. I was happy with Charmin "except" I noticed the rolls were shorter than my regular brand. I'm not really sure how this effects its performance but it was noticeable. I did bzz with a few people at work about the product. It seems like most people already have a favorite TP and weren't really into discussing anything else. A lot of my coworkers and friends shop at warehouse clubs and buy the store brand, both for price and convenience, and they voiced that they are happy with that choice. Although I was happy with the Charmin Ultra Soft sample, I would not change my present brand unless Charmin was less expensive. I did bzz about the Charmin Relief Project and shared the website. I think its a GREAT idea and I hope it gets MORE advertisement. Charmin Ultra Soft was Nice but not that different. Thanks!

To Proctor and Gamble...Prior to April 2020 we've had plenty of Charmin in stock at our home. Needing to replace in August, I have always bought Charmin. ALWAYS. But we have noticed the softness we have always loved is now gone. The overall quality is now reduced. Is it working to mass produce to fill the store shelves? I'm sorry to now be shopping for another toilet tissue.

I received my sample product and can confirm all it attributes. Best of all it is large enough it doesn't require frequent changing -- especially since I am the only one in the household of 4 that knows how to change the roll (smile). The TP is all they say it is and more -- a nice plush soft feel that does the job. What else could you want?

Charmin has been my family's only tissue since it first became available. Back to the days of Mr Whipple. (Btw, I miss him). I was traumatized by the pandemic when all tissue became extinct. I was forced to buy the most horrible roll of flexible white cardboard imaginable. I've learned my lesson and I have made a vow... I have two boys that have special needs. They are learning to take care of business on their own. I like keeping Charmin Ultra Soft on hand to make sure they get clean.
