My family has been using ultra soft Mega roll for a week now and there is still a lot of paper on the roll. I don't have a lot of storage space so this packaging is perfect. The paper itself is very soft and comfortable to use. No complaints so far from my family.

I love your product and have used it for years but your "new" narrower rolls will force me to find an alternate product. For heaven's sake, raise your price if you absolutely have to but don't compromise the quality of your product or your reputation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin extra soft if one of the best toilet papers I have ever tried. It's soft durable no wasting not like cheap toilet paper. I definitely would recommend this to my family and friends especially perfect with the holiday season to keep in your house dormitory guests.

Have loved the product but not the packaging gimmicks. Making the rolls narrower makes your product look cheap, as it exposes a great deal more of the spindle on the TP holder. I also hate the myriad unhelpful roll size names: double, giant, family, mega, mega plus...and regular is about enough for one "go."

My husband and two sons, love the thickness and softness of the toilet paper, holds up even with toddlers! Great toilet paper.

Anyway, Charmin's Ultra Soft lives up to its title. It's very soft, smooth, almost no lint residue, comfortable, and no rashes. It's a great product all around.

The quality of this toilet paper by far exceeds any other toilet paper that I have previously used. Charmin Ultra Soft is extremely sturdy so a little bit of toilet paper goes a long way.
