[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to find a new toilet paper I really like. It is so much softer than the brand i was currently using. I have now switched to only using Charmin ultra soft. My family loves it and this is something we will continue to buy.

Unlike normal toilet paper, the roll from my latest package has no 'scores' to allow tearing of individual squares (or multiples). I looked for a place on your site to contact you directly but could not find one. Thought you would want to know about this quality control issue.

No matter what is on sale, or who has a coupon, I always buy the Charmin with the blue label (Charmin Ultra Soft). I could list all the reasons why, but let's face it, we all know what qualities good toilet paper has, and Charmin is the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Charmin Ultra Soft Mega Roll toilet paper/bath tissue to try and my family and LOVE it! You can tell that it's soft from the minute you hold it. You would think that it would fall apart because it's so soft, but that is absolutely not the case. What surprised me the most is how strong it was. We have a potty trained three year old who is still learning how to "aim" and Charmin Ultra Soft has been wonderful at wiping up the residuals from the seat quickly...with zero ripped paper remnants! You don't need lengths and lengths of sheets to get the job done; the paper is nice and thick. I looked on the packaging and it actually says it's septic safe, which is great, especially since I could tell the toilet paper wasn't cheaply made and thin. My family and I were frequent buyers of another name brand toilet paper, but am now switching to Charmin Ultra Soft. Give it a try-you won't be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is, simply, the best bath tissue I have ever used. It is the most absorbent product and you definitely use less sheets per trip. Economically, Charmin Ultra Soft is the best choice. Value for my dollar is important to me as well as softness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the Charmin Ultra Soft, I opened the package and was disappointed at first - the roll seemed less wide than the traditional toilet paper roll. So, I thought that it would run out quickly. But, to my surprise, it seemed to last almost as well! I was pleased by the softness and how strong each square was. I was used to using many squares with my old brand, but only needed a few with this brand. I have never been one to buy ultra soft type toilet papers, but I think I'm a convert! I would have given this product five stars if the roll was a bit wider. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the product.

Charmin has been my brand for many years. I find it superior to all other brands. I have notice that the roll does not fit on the holder like it use to. Checking the package I notice Charmin is smaller that it use to be. I would like to see the rolls wider not fatter, going back to the size it use to be. I would hate to have to change all the accessories in my bathrooms just to keep everything matching because the toilet paper no longer fits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally by a 2-ply tissue but I have never found such thickness in any tissue I have ever purchased. I price out the tissue for the best bargain by the lineal footage since most rolls are the same width. I found this tissue very comparable in price to the one I previously bought, so I thought I would give it a try. I am 56 years old and have tried many different brands. It would be hard to ever go back after experiencing the absorbency this tissue has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all it's a nice toilet paper but it tends to leave some paper which I didn't like. But other then that it's nice and soft and works well. Just hope that they can fix it then I would but and replace the one I buy now

It may be a little more expensive than other products, but it is well worth it. This is a super high quality product. To me, it's the best toilet paper brand out there. I haven't found anything better yet.
