Unlike normal toilet paper, the roll from my latest package has no 'scores' to allow tearing of individual squares (or multiples). I looked for a place on your site to contact you directly but could not find one. Thought you would want to know about this quality control issue.

As a survivor of stage 4 lower GI cancer I truly understand the important role that toilet paper plays in my everyday existence. First of all, Charmin saved my life! The first sign of my cancer appeared on my toilet paper (blood). After that it was a tender touch where I needed it most throughout my treatments and believe me, I needed it! I have used Charmin my whole life (50 years) and will be loyal forever! These last 5 have been the most crucial for soft toilet paper. Ultra Soft for the tender touch win! Charmin for the big win...the life saving win in the first screening room for colorectal cancers...my bathroom! I owe you my life!

I have used Charmin all my life. Shame on P&G for drastically cutting the roll size. It is extremely noticeable and looks ridiculous on the holder. It is no less than an inch narrower. Sad that the price was not reduced for less product. I will be shopping for a normal size roll of another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is the best toilet paper out there in my opinion. I like the softness of it and it doesn't leave any paper on you when you wipe. I wouldn't buy any other toilet paper. If you like your toilet paper to feel soft against your bottom, this is the toilet paper for you. It isn't rough and it doesn't scratch like some of the other toilet papers out there. I don't like the really thin ones that your fingers go through, either, and Charmin Ultra Soft is completly like that. Don't buy anything but this brand.

We love using Charmin and it does not take as much as you do with other brand toilet paper. We always use Charmin Ultra soft when we can afford it in our home. We recomment Charmin ultra soft especially for children!

However, I ended up switching brands because of the tiny toilet paper particles that ended up all over my bathroom and clothes. It was almost like a dusting effect. It seems that this new Charmin does not have this issue. It is still extremely soft and durable without the dusting problems. I also love the size of the rolls!! I have a family full of girls and feel like I am changing toilet paper rolls constantly. This new mega size is perfect!! Not so big that it won't turn on the dispenser yet not so small that I am constantly changing it! Perfect!! I will be switching back to Charmin Ultra Soft again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to enter into this Charmin Ultra Toilet Paper campaign because I have used Scott Toilet Paper for the past 20 years mostly due to my husband. Received my demo package of Charmin Ultra and decided to put it to work. I especially wanted my husband to try the wonderful feel of this tissue on a daily basis. I myself never knew how wonderful Charmin was against my skin. I also use the tissue to remove makeup on my face nightly. Also the tissue stayed in my sheet and did not dissolve in to a mess in the toilet. I was also happy that the tissue is septic safe. That was a big concern with my husband. Well, my husband loved the feel of the tissue compared to the Scott Tissue. It is a hit in our household as well with company.

It is very soft and quite thick, but I think it is too thick. my toilet stopped up 4 times using this paper. I did not use a lot, a normal amount for what I was using it for. It just fit on my paper holder, I think the rolls are too big and the toilet paper is too thick. I like the charmin brand, but I personally would not buy this particular type of charmin.

I'll have to admit Charmin was not my favorite brand before but you won't regret making the purchase on the Ultra Soft Mega Roll. I found a brand that was durable and would flush, I thought this is it I will never change brands again. That is until I tried this Charmin Ultra Soft Mega. There isn't anything that can compare to this. The roll lasts a really long time (I have 4 kids...so we go through T.P. really fast), it is super thick and oh so soft, and with all its great qualities it doesn't clog the toilet. Who would have ever thought I would be saying this about toilet paper, but really...try it, it is the best!

After years with angelsoft a local store had Charmin on sale, so i picked up a 24 pack and man what a mistake. The kids came to me saying Dad my fingers are going right through this toilet paper and getting everywhere. I would never buy this product again. ever!!!
