I would normally have given this product a 5 star review but not with the change you’ve made to it. I seriously can’t understand why you would change something that’s not broken, the tear line? I don’t feel it works any better it’s really hard to tear apart at all and the quality of the paper is not up to par either. I think I’ll have to be looking for a new product, very disappointed because I normally only would buy Charmin.

For many years, when it came to toilet paper, I would buy the least expensive. I never realized for just a few pennies more, I could live the life of luxury (toilet paper-wise that is). Well, after trying Charmin Ultra Soft, everything has changed! It is so soft and thick, and I am actually saving money because I use less sheets! Go figure! Mega rolls are great, no more finding the empty roll when you sit down. Thank you Charmin for sending a the king of softness.

Soft,pretty,does a great job and easy on the plumbing explains why I love Charmin Ultra Soft. We all go so lets make it a happy time. A very good quality toilet paper that is thick and absorbing so you can use less and the rolls last a real long time so you get to keep more money in you pocket.

I have been buying Charmin for over 25 years and wouldn’t use anything else! I just bought a 30 pack and put a roll in the bathroom. When i went to use it I noticed that every other sheet was not perforated. I found that strange since I have never seen that before. I thought it was just a mistake with that roll. I have since used 6 rolls and they are all the same. I will continue to buy Charmin but thought that you should be aware of this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is a little embarrassing to talk about ...but, Charmin ultra soft was just that ...ULTRA SOFT ! At first I must be honest , it was a little weird because I was used to my old brand,a generic 1000 sheet tp that until now I never noticed is very rough and not that absorbent. Which of course means you have to use a lot of it ! Seeing as how I have a family of 6 we used to go through a roll per day . With Charmin ultra soft though, it's been lasting two days ! And I honestly think it would last even longer but the whole family has to remember you don't need as much tp with the Charmin ultra soft brand. Yay ! I may not have to buy as much tp anymore ! Thank you Charmin for sending me the generous sample to try out ! I really liked it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family is loving our Charmin sample pack! First, let me say that we normally buy the Angel Soft brand. It's cheap and easy on our plumbing (less toilet clogs). But, because it's thin, we also go through it like crazy (literally...if you know what I mean). That said, I couldn't believe that our four rolls of Charmin lasted longer than our 8 double rolls of Angel Soft! It's thick, so we use less and it is ohhh sooo SOFT. While it does cost more up front, it also lasts longer, making it a much better value. If you haven't yet, switch to Charmin. Your bum will thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I am in love with this toilet paper. Thick, soft, strong, large roll that lasts and lasts. What more could you ask for? I truly love it. Did not think that I could be swayed from my usual choice but this stuff is really great. How nice not to have to change the roll every day or two. Can it be possible that we are using less because it is such a strong and thick paper? Everyone in the house is in agreement. Wonderful stuff.

Just purchased your product and found tiny bugs in the package. This is unacceptable, especially since I had to spray my bathroom because they were in my sink. Once I saw them in the sink, luckily I had only opened the package in my bathroom, so hopefully this is the only place they are.

I've always payed a premium price for Charmin Ultra Soft. Not anymore. I keep getting very inferior rolls. The layers are stuck together and shred when you try to unroll, becoming useless. There are cut ribbon strips on the sides. Unrolling toilet paper shouldn't be a frustrating battle. If you aren't going to maintain the quality you used to have, you need to drop the price. Considerably. Like in half.
