They are extremely soft for your bums, they are gentle enough and won't hurt your skin, and you don't need a lot of it! They don't rip easily and they also don't tear up when wet, leaving a nice, clean surface. The quality of Charmin Ultra Soft is worth its value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Charmin Ultra Soft before and I like it. I buy it or Quilted Northern depending on which is cheaper. It does make a difference to me to have softer toilet paper. I tried Charmin Basic before and it was hard and rough. If it was my only choice between Charmin Ultra Sodt and Charmin Basic I would buy the ultra Soft even if the Basic was considerably cheaper. As long as the softness and quality is there I will buy the cheaper one regardless of the brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about big! I was impressed by the size of the toilet paper. The texture is not too thick or thin. It absorbs well. It has a soft feel that I love. My only flaw would be is the amount of sheets you get. Even with that being still less than other products it makes up the differences with the mega individual size sheet. I strongly recommend this as a "I'll buy this" item to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging was appealing. My 7 year old daughter was so excited we had charmin ultra soft toliet paper. She had seen the commercials and had nothing but good things to say. It was very soft. Just the right amount of thickness. I would consider buying it instead of our usual brand. The only complaint I had is it leaves "fuzzy dust" after use. I thought it was just me but my husband actual mentioned the same thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, I know it makes me old but I remember Mr Whipple lurking around the grocery store trying to keep people from squeezing the Charmin, yet he found it too soft to resist. Well, Charmin is the softest bathroom tissue I have ever tried, and it does its job (no pun intended). You use less tissue than with other brands, and it doesn't disintegrate into dust. It works well in our septic tank as well. It's been around a long time and has sttod the test of that time in being a excellent product.

We've used Charmin Toilet Tissue for over 20 yrs. & have always found it to be of dependable quality. But for the last year we lose several inches of tissue from each roll because the starting end seems to have been stamped into the roll & thus we have to tear & waste a few inches from each roll before getting it started. The starting end used to just be lightly attached to the roll. I'm considering buying one of your competitors products that don't stamp the starting end into the roll. Living on a fixed income I watch our pennies & buy products that are a good value for my money.

I have used Charmin for years, but this past week I noticed your advertising claim that states "use up to 4X LESS" on the package. I do not how it can be when the rolls are about an inch less in width! We are paying more for less now! I can assure you we will purchase other vendors from now on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin was fabulous at sending my family their product to test out. The Ultra Soft Mega roll arrived during a Family gathering of 11. Perfect I thought "now I can really test out this product" and see what everyone thinks. I supplied two bathrooms with the Mega roll and two with my normal brand. Two days later we were all sitting at breakfast and I casually mentioned the Charmin. My sister said "I thought it was very soft and nice", my brother in law stated that he thought the roll was too big for the holder. The roll of paper is huge compared to normal brands. I am pleased with that fact because I figured the roll would last longer and I wouldn't have to go to the store to replace it. We do have a septic at our home and I really wanted to know why the package says clog safe, septic safe. So we tested the paper against the other brand I already had. Taking a 1/4 portion of each brand I placed each piece in a clear glass of water. No major change took place between the two. We left our little experiment on the counter overnight. Neither paper deteriorated, the Ultra soft separated into two parts while the other brand did not. So I'm not convinced that the Charmin Ultra Soft is safe for septics. I am convinced however, that the Mega roll is lasting longer. I don't have to change the roll as often and it is super soft. I will be looking for Charmin Ultra soft Mega rolls next time I'm in the store.
