Wow when I first purchased product I was delighted, it really served its purpose. My most recent purchase was a bit of a disappointment because I realized it has been downsized. First previous purchase measured 4 and 1/2 inches wide, most recent purchase measured just under 4 inches!

A purchase was made of the easy tear ultra soft. So far out of the 32- pack mega roll package only three rolls have lived up to the easy tear. We only have two people in the same household. This number was on the packaging assuming it might be the lot # 21101507. We do love the Charmin Product but will not buy the easy tear again.

I love the soft feel on my bottom. The texture of this toilet paper really cleans well while ensuring there is no chaffing or dry skin, the softness keeps my skin feeling soft and luxurious. There is so much paper on each roll that I usually buy the pack of 6 mega rolls and it lasts me two months in my household.

i’ve been using charmin ultra soft for as long as i can remember… for the last few months i’ve noticed that ultra soft is no longer soft but the price of it keeps going up. I’ve given myself micro-abrasions because of house ROUGH this toilet paper has become. You’ve lost a long time customer.
