I like the product fine however I recently purchased some that had a few issues with quality. First of all, there were lint balls of toilet paper on the rolls. Most importantly though, there were 4 rolls in the pack that are unusable because the cardboard tube in the middle is completely missing or barely there. That is there is no way to put the roll on the holder because there is no hole. It looks like this batch came from the end of a tube and someone missed it.

It is soft but strong enough so that I don't have to use as much when I'm 'in the need'. The mega roll is nice because it doesn't have to be replaced as often. There is also less hassle having to store a lot of extra rolls of TP in case of emergency. It's a good weight so my fingers don't poke through. (not pleasant to talk about and even less pleasant to have happen. This Charmin is soft on my tush and gets things cleaned up without having to use a lot of sheets. It is also safe for septic tanks and won't clog the toilet. This is a concern for me since I dont' want to have to pay a lot to clean out the septic tank. And, really, who wants to have to plunge a toilet? I know it might be a little more pricey than other brands but if I can use less and the roll lasts longer it seems like a good deal for the money. I will be purchasing this for my bathrooms from now on because I think it's a great product for the money and I like the way it 'feels' when I use it. I feel pampered!

I changed out the roll in the guest bathroom immediately. She was staying the night so was able robtry it and comment. She Was very positive. I loved the roll i put in my bathroom! Is soft and strong and you don't have to use as much as would with the other brands that I have used in the past. I love using Charmin ultra soft especially when I have a cold because it doesn't hurt my nose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my 4 roll pack of Charmin Ultra Soft and immediately placed it in my main level bathroom. I opened the package and was so surprised that the tissue was so soft. It was so delicate with the flower imprint throughout. I have two roommates and the three of us use one roll of t.p. every 3 days. The tissue is so strong yet has such a soft feel when you use it. In fact, I have used it to remove face makeup and for my runny nose (due to a cold this past week). The tissue never broke apart during any of these uses. My roommates agreed. They really liked it. I gave my roommates two coupons so they could purchase it and use it in the upper level bathroom. I met two friends for lunch and they were quite familiar with the Charmin Brand, but not this size package of mega rolls. They knew of the quality, but not the value. I shared my coupons with them also. Overall, the comments were all positive.

I have used Charmin for as long as I remember buying toilet paper. I let slide some years back, the fact that the inner cardboard roll was made larger in diameter, making it wobble all over the holder, and the amount of paper less. I wondered at that time if you really thought we would not notice. Now that the width of the paper is a whole quarter of an inch narrower, it is time to voice a complaint. Since big business is all about money and not customer appreciation, I am sure it will not make a difference, but what you have done is just bad.

This is the perfect bathroom tissue to use while potty training my grandson as I know it will be soft on his skin. The two ply sheets make it strong enough to do the job but it is soft enough to not irritate the skin. Another plus of using Charmin is that you can help contribute to the relief project just buy purchasing a quality brand product.

I have been using Charmin ultra soft for quite some time now. I love this product and the mega rolls are so convenient at my house of six! The product is high quality and I love how super soft it is. I won't be trading my Charmin in anytime soon although I wish it was less expensive. With a large family its expensive to keep good quality charmin around although worth it in the end! Keep it up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a store brand 2-ply toilet paper for ages. I got Charmin to try for free and I am in love. I only need 3-4 squares of tissue and I don't have to fear it not being able to hold up to the challenge. This is GREAT when you have a family of 6 who ALL use the bathroom. It ends up being cheaper in the end because we don't need to shop for it as often!

I've been buying Charmin for 40 years. This new change with a scalloped Edge is not soft any longer. Is a piece of junk it's too flat and the texture is horrible again I'm not buying it anymore. What a disappointing change and who asked for it anyway?
