[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually only use Scott tissue but when I received this product I immediately brought it out for my family to use. All 4 rolls actually lasted a lot longer then our other rolls normally do. The tissue was super soft I actually didn't even think that it was tissue. lol Ive shared all my positive feedback about Charmin tissue. Thank you!!!

Recently Charmin's width is narrower. This is very bad because now I have to use almost twice the roll just to achieve the same clean when I "go." Have been using Charmin Ultrasoft for as long as I can remember, but I have to switch to a different company's roll now.

Charmin sent me Charmin Ultra Strong and it is all I will buy from now on! Super soft yet strong, so you can use way less! Save money and still have luxury, yes!!!

Cardboard tube deformed by pressure from outer plastic wrap making it impossible to dispense smoothly. Sheets tear unexpectedly when tube catches due to deformity. Many sheets wasted. Can't you choose a firmer material for the tube that would withstand the pressure from your outer wrapper?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving my 4 pack of charmin ultra I noticed it he rolls were bigger and softer than the regular charmin. The softness was something I was super excited about because we have a little one potty training. However, when wiping her I noticed that this make of charmin left behind little white pieces of the toilet paper. NOT a good thing! I don't want those staying and living in places they shouldn't be. Although the softness is better, I will be sticking to my regular charmin that doesn't leave little pieces of paper behind.

I usually use Charmin Basic and this puts it to shame. It almost makes it seem like one of the bargain brand tissues. We will defintely be putting this product at the top of our list.

I liked your Ultra Soft product a lot. It was going to be the TP in my home from that point on. In the Fall of 2013, you made some changes for the worse...1) the roll was shrunk significantly, at least a 1/2 inch. 2) you changed the texture from smooth to a pattern. 3) The new rolls are shredded and uneven on the sides. 4) The rolls are crushed a bit and have to be reshapped to roll properly. 5) And, the price is the same as the previous version. Overall, new product=poor quality. I agree with others- next time please make a price adjustment and explain why. Also, I noticed any response from your company to these comments stopped in August of last year. It's unfortunate you don't respond to these complaints. I will start trying competitor products to find a new TP for the house.

Well after receiving the sample pack of Charmin I must say they make a good product. You don't have to use as much of it as some other products which is a good savings. It's soft and still gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper and as soon as I touched it I knew it was awesome, the rolls are huge and super soft, you get so much paper in just one roll and its very resistant even when its wet, I like that there was no residue when cleaning your skin and that the product has no scent making it great for people with sensitive skin. Please make sure to try it, I guarantee you wont regret it and your bottoms will thank you.

I have to be honest, in the past what I've heard about Charmin is that it's hard on plumbing and causes clogged pipes. We've been using the Charmin Ultra for about a week and so far no problems! The paper is thick & cushiony, nicely absorbent, and strong enough that it never tears. The roll itself is sized very generously, so you don't have to change it as often--yet it fits just fine in my standard wall dispenser.
