Would've been great if I received the correct item. Instead I received a four burner model that they don't even have available anymore. Customer service has been a joke, I've contacted them five times and been disconnected or hung-up on.

After buying this for my son who just got a house on base in the military and spending two hours putting it together The metal warped and folded like a taco during the season process. We have the stainless 5 burner griddle from five years ago. That has been wonderful, but this one's a piece of crap.

Bought this in store on sale for $338. Amazing so far. Assembly was easy, needing only a phillips head screwdriver. Seasoning took a little bit of time to do it correctly using avocado oil. I've made 2 meals on it so far. Both turned out delicious and cleanup was a breeze. Cover that came with it is nice and fits well.

Im thinking of getting this. I just bought the Members Mark Pro Series 4 burner grill with searing as a Fathers Day Gift for my husband. Now he tells me he really wanted the gas griddle. I'm just afraid that the lid's paint will start coming off like the older model reviews said. Has anyone that has this model have had this issue yet?

We ordered this griddle online and delivered on time assembly instructions easy to follow and cant wait to use it. The only thing I don't understand so far is the chart that shows the differences between the blackstone says the lid is for cooking and storage but in the cabinet there is a big sticker that says don't close the lid if hot or in use. So what one is it? If i am using it to cook it is hot and in use

Looking to buy a griddle, this is the one to purchase. I do so much research when it comes to these types of purchases. I have friends with Traeger and Blackstone griddles. They both like them and say they would buy them again. Both have also had some minor issue with them. I had concerns with the wind blowing out the flame. That has not been an issue even on low. Why I bought this vs others: 5 burners allows for much better heating and temperature control on the griddle. I have cooked pancakes, eggs, stir fry, smash burgers. Each came out flawlessly. For examples burgers on one side and buns on the other. Cabinet is super nice to store cooking utensils, paper towels and hide the propane tank. Illuminates dials are a great look and show the novice cooker what burner is on. Overall: the griddle heats quickly and evenly (used an infrared thermometer). It is so much less expensive than comparable models, by a long shot. The look of the griddle is high end. Assembly was easy and straightforward.

very easy to assemble. heats up quickly. heavy quality feel and look. better than the designer brand in my opinion. should last for years if taken care of.

WOW! This Grill is awesome. I saw it 2 months ago and I finally got it. Took less than 3 hours to build, alone. GREAT price and it looks GREAT! This is a man Griddle! Get it!

Initial impressions are great! Cooked one meal so far and I'm impressed with the build quality. It's a good bit to assemble but I didn't have any issues. Well packaged and delivery was smooth. At the time of my purchase the description did not mention whether it is set up for propane or natural gas, but it is set up for propane out of the box.

Terrible customer service..Purchased item today and got it home , after unpacking everything i found out it was missing all the hardware pieces.., i had to repackage everything and bring back to store for a exchanged. just to find out they only had one left and it was damaged..the griddle was very heavy and they showed no consideration on the situation..i got my money back and wont be back there..
