Excellent Value — Glad I Didn't Overpay for Bstone
I recently decided to make the move to a gas griddle and originally thought I'd end up with a Blackstone after all the marketing and hype. After comparing features and pricing, I just couldn't justify paying that much for models that still lacked some of the things I wanted. I took a chance on the Member's Mark Pro Series instead, and I honestly couldn't be happier. It took a little time to assemble, but once I fired it up, I realized I was getting outstanding quality, great features, and serious value without paying extra for a logo. 3 weeks in, cooking breakfasts and dinners...love it! Well done, Member's Mark.

High Quality Griddle
Well made Pro Series griddle. Purchased for my Son-in-Law's birthday gift. He LOVES it. Well constructed. Performs better than expected.
Very well built
Haven’t used it yet but will update when I do. I owned a blackstone for 5 years and this thing is built way better just from first impressions. Super easy to put together, did it by myself and took about hour and half. Going to try and season it today and put to use.

Love my first griddle
I have had this griddle a little over a week now and have cooked 4 to 5 times. This is my first griddle so I can’t really compare. Assembly was easy and straightforward. Compared to other brands that I looked at prior to purchasing the Members Mark Pro series, this is built to a higher standard. I really like that the propane tank area is completely enclosed front and back. I love that the grease trap is on the front for easy empty. The grill gets very hot. The lid has some weight to it and it’s not flimsy. 10 out of 10. Price wise I feel like I got my moneys worth. More features than the competition.
One of my best purchases ever!
10 Stars! Please read before you season your griddle. This griddle is heavy duty and high quality. This has to compare or exceed the quality of a Blackstone. Plan 1-1/2 to 2 hours for a one person assembly but it was not difficult at all. Here's the important part: SEASON PROPERLY and you will be in heaven with this griddle. The instructions however were very minimal for the seasoning process. It merely shows a big glob of oil being spilled and wiped on the griddle. NO! I went out on AI and it walked me through it perfectly. You squirt only a few lines of oil on the surface (couple tsp) then using blue shop towels, spread it over evenly then wipe it down well (almost as if you made a mistake and were wiping the oil off). There should be no puddles or thick oil. Then fire up the griddle and let that oil smoke off. Keep the griddle going full blast until the oil stops smoking. We found this to be roughly 15 minutes. Turn the griddle off, let it cool about 20 minutes and repeat the steps. Oil, wipe off, heat, smoke, turn off. Do this 5 times total. The total amount of oil you use for the whole entire process is maybe a few tablespoons and you'll end up with a black surface (what you want!). That's it. My griddle came out perfectly seasoned and literally nothing sticks. I cook, scrape off, re-oil and it's ready for the next time. The grease/debris catcher tray in the front is pure genius. It takes a 2lb disposable aluminum loaf pan. I bought a pack of 50 for under $15. It makes clean up a breeze and depending on what you are cooking, you don't need to change it every time. I love the full cabinet as well. If you are looking for a high quality griddle, this is it. I rarely write reviews, this one is worthy!
Full review on the latest version. Start to Finish
Just got the updated version of this griddle vs previous iterations. Delivery: Amazing delivery!! Handled by Fedex Freight, delivered on time, phone call ahead to advise ETA and phone call when on site too. Packaging: Box is extremely heavy, you need two people or super strength to slide it around. Everything was well packaged and labeled. Every box had the code of what the item was and I love how the screws are in individual bags. So much better than those plastic screw cases that you have to rip the cardboard off the back if you know anything about assembling stuff. Assembly: Instructions are the best I've ever seen. It's a very high quality printed booklet with clear instructions. Tools needed that I used vs the booklet are: 1 x small philips, 1 x large philips, 1 x low torque electric screwdriver if you want to save your wrists. Don't use a drill, too strong. You will need 2 people to lift the griddle top. Probably weighs 100LBS in itself. All the videos you see online of assembly are for older versions. Set aside a good 2HR aside to set this up and make sure next day is garbage day. Lots of plastic and cardboard to throw out. Quality: OUTSTANDING!! All the panels are painted with a matte finish and seems durable. Everything is welded very tight and it's built with heavy gage steel. Doors and panels have hefty weight to them. Lid is double walled which is way better than the competition with just an X brace. Only suggestion I would make is the lid bar is a bit loose. Next time I'd cut a think piece of the cardboard in a circle and make a gasket to tighten it up. No sharp edges and all fasteners have rivnuts / nuts instead of screwing into threaded steel. Final Thoughts: Very, very good alternative to the other brands and I'm not 100% but I think this is made in Thailand instead of China. This griddle gets extremely hot so watch out when seasoning it for the first time. It was so hot that it baked the seasoning and caused the oil to polymerize and create a brown gooey layer. I scraped my top and cleaned up all the polymerized oil, gave it a wipe down with some water and re-seasoned at med-high heat, not full blast. Much better outcome. Some more robust knobs would be better. They are made with very thin plastic and the rubber is pretty much non-existent. Would definitely recommend this griddle over bigger name brands.
Excellent product for the money
Initial impressions are great! Cooked one meal so far and I'm impressed with the build quality. It's a good bit to assemble but I didn't have any issues. Well packaged and delivery was smooth. At the time of my purchase the description did not mention whether it is set up for propane or natural gas, but it is set up for propane out of the box.
Terrible customer service..Purchased item today and got it home , after unpacking everything i found out it was missing all the hardware pieces.., i had to repackage everything and bring back to store for a exchanged. just to find out they only had one left and it was damaged..the griddle was very heavy and they showed no consideration on the situation..i got my money back and wont be back there..
