Love the makeup and amount of omega you get in a serving of 1400mg. Bottle doesn't last too long with 2 soft gels a serving but still a high quality omega supplement

This one fit perfectly into the routine I already had going of taking multivitamins and was easy to take. I love and trust this brand, so I had no hesitation and now that I have tried these I love the brand even more. I feel a tremendous change when it comes down to my eye health it supports my eyes in very beneficial ways. Example my eyes are not strained so much I don't have any soreness I have less headaches and my heart feels good. The only side effect I've gotten from taking this supplement is the burping that taste like fish a little bit but it doesn't causes fish breath.

And I really like the idea ocean friendly omega... fish free, getting omega from the source... and I like that it's soy free. I try to avoid soy because it affects male hormones.
