We purchased the top Ghostbed bundle. I wanted the coils and the memory foam mattress. Hadn't plan to get the adjustable frame. I convinced myself that with some of the health issues we have. Specifically myself it might be worthwhile. We got the bundle and have been so happy with it. It is the most comfortable bed, You climb in and then the mattress pulls up around you. It's a great night sleep until morning and then you wake up feeling refreshed!

Our friends teased us for getting an adjustable base for our bed, because we’re only 35 and 40 yrs old; saying that they’re only for elderly people who can’t get out of bed without help. They were so wrong. We love our split king adjustable bases! These are for anyone who wants to enjoy sleeping like a baby every night! We bought the split king bases and paired ours with a different hybrid mattress company, but it works beautifully. The motor is very quiet, responsive and sturdy. The installation was so quick, twist on the legs and connect the cables. The hardest part is flipping them over and positioning them in our existing bedframe but they fit perfectly without any issues. The massage feature is amazing, it’s not like getting a massage by a therapist by any means but it is relaxing and feels nice. Even with a 10” thick mattress, we can feel the vibration without issues. The preset TV and Reading options are too upright for us, even if you take away your pillows. Your head is just too far up; so we just manually adjust to sit up to watch tv or read at night. My husband sleeps with the zero gravity preset every night. I love that there is a one click lay flat option to make the bed easily every morning. I researched a ton before landing on ghostbed bases and I’m glad we made the investment. You can tell the quality is top notch, they’re comfortable, work they’re supposed to and come feature packed! Don’t ‘sleep’ on getting one for yourself!

My wife and I are so pleased with the electric base. We have a twin sized Ghost Bed, so we were sent two twin XL's for the base. They arrived in two large, heavy (120+ lbs.) boxes. We got them upstairs and began to set them up. We had an issue with the sliding deadbolt in one of the frames and had to make a small modification. On the other base, one of the USB outlet covers had broken in transit and the head massage unit was rattling badly. I had to do quite a bit of work to that base, and it still isn't 100%, but who is going to try to return one of these things? After setting them up next to each other, I had to synchronize the bases and remotes (so they move together). This process is a little termpermental, but we got it figured it out. 95% of the time, the bases do exactly what we're needing. However, there have been a few times where one base doesn't seem to get the remote signal. As a result, only one of the bases move and the bed is cockeyed until we get the other one to get with the program. I'd say that's a hazard of the wireless remote, though. On the whole, we're really happy with the experience and would repeat it. I'm hoping it would be a little less troublesome next time, but the end product was worth the hassle!

We love our new ghost bed. The comfort of the lux bed is better than expected. I am a hot sleeper and this bed is just what I needed, the cooling is just what they advertised. We are both sleeping great. The adjustable bed is amazing and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for total comfort in a new bed. The vibration part of the bed really takes you to a new level of comfort. I have had back surgery and the vibrating really helps to relax the lower back and allows me to sleep much better and fall asleep faster. There is so much to say about the ghost bed that I am not sure where to stop the comfort is really beyond words and the quality of the mattress is top notch. The bed frame is very solid from top to bottom. I really like a few of the little features like the under bed lighting for getting up in the middle of the night for that bathroom stop. It makes it much safer getting back into the bedroom and bed. I also like the USB ports for plugging in all your items that need to be charged through the night. I know a bed is a very expensive investment but it is just that an investment in your health for the future and this is one investment that I don’t regret one bit. I feel great in the morning when I wake up to go to work. The instructions were very easy to follow and made it very easy to set up. The installation very also very simple. I would recommend this bed to anyone.

I replaced a traditional king-size mattress (quite firm) and box springs with a king-size GhostBed Flex mattress and Adjustable Bed Frame. A key component in my decision making was the ability to have White Glove Delivery since the old mattresses needed to be removed and the new frame and mattress installed on the second floor of a townhouse. Apparently GhostBed had only recently entered into an arrangement with a third-party provider for the installation and delivery, and that did not go as smoothly as expected. The first delivery was aborted because the delivery crew’s directions did not specify installation. A call to GhostBed the next day identified the problem and a new delivery was scheduled a week later (due to availability). This time, the crew was prepared to install, but apparently had not been trained on how to install. They did not use the directions, were not aware that the frame had to be synched for a king mattress, and were not completely COVID compliant. Two requests had to be made before one of the crew members pulled his mask up over his nose. However, they did eventually get the mattress and frame installed and cleaned up well. I only have two weeks of experience so far sleeping on the bed, but I am finding it perfect so far. The mattress is very comfortable, form fits to my body, yet does not feel too soft, and the adjustable frame is more quiet than I was expecting. I think I need more time to be completely sure, but thus far, I am very happy with my product decision.

We were very disappointed in the bed. It is actually less comfortable than the 10 year old bed were were using. It is very firm, and is uncomfortable to sleep in. Often we toss and turn all night due to the fact that it puts to much pressure on the shoulders and hips. I would not buy this product again, and wish I had not purchased it in the first place. The adjustable bases are okay, only problem with them is that one of them was already damaged when we got it. The legs screw into place on the frame, but two of the holes that the legs screw into were already stripped and bent. When we contacted customer service we were told that that is why they have two of them set into the frame. It makes us very Leary that the other one will strip out shortly and then the base will be unusable. The pillows were unusable, and we had bought the different versions of them from this company. All around we are very disappointed with this bed, and definitely would not recommend it.

Bed is dangerous. It will tip over. Lack of quality in several parts especially in the sprockets the legs are screwed into. Mattress is very comfortable but quality and design of base takes this down to 1 star. It is claimed this bed will support 750 pounds. I am no where near that weight and even with a replacement base the exact same defects are occurring. Scary to get into or out of bed as base tips and there’s nothing to hold the mattress from shifting side to side when turning on side or getting in or out. I can recommend the mattress but find another base. The base is very heavy which adds to the danger and potential harm

The Split King Ghostbed adjustable base and mattress and pillows are amazing! I haven't slept that good in a long time and as someone who has low back pain it has been great in helping get in a position to sleep good! The ordering and website was a breeze and customer service has been great to deal with as well!

This Ghostbed is amazing! It has so many positions and makes sleeping so comfortable. I recently had shoulder surgery and had to sleep in a sitting up position and this bed was perfect for that. I would recommend this to anybody. And the massage was an extra!!! Thank you ghostbed!

I have really bad back issues and it was time to get a new bed. I have a friend with an adjustable base and it had all the bells and whistles and I thought there is no way we can afford that, after some research we decided to go with the GhostBed adjustable base and it is even better than her high dollar adjustable base. I have been sleeping so much better every since we got it. I definitely recommend this bed.
