Not happy with the new mattress or adjustable bed frame. We tried it and the bed does not support your body like A memory foam. Very disappointing. The sides do not have enough support if you sleep by the edge it sinks right down. When I called for the return I feel Like I’m getting the run around. Now I’m Being told the frame is not returnable I was never told that if I bought a bundle you had to keep the frame. This is very disappointing to me. All they could say was well it is on the website. When I purchased it I was told if I wasn’t happy I could get a full refund within the trial period.

I should have got an adjustable bed a long time ago. I sat on the decision of getting one for many years. Glad I finally pulled the trigger on the ghost bed. 👻 my back thanks me. The 3D matrix mattress at first felt more firm than I anticipated, but after a few weeks it softens up and is now the perfect combo of soft and supportive. It does sleep cooler than my old memory foam mattress or it may be the ghost ice sheets, which actually work, compared to any other brand of so called cooling sheets. I had to remove the sheets and will save them for the warmer months. Even without the ghost ice sheets it sleeps cooler then my old sinking into the abyss, I cant get out of bed or move memory foam mattress. I'm extremely satisfied with the comfort of the 3D Matrix along with the adjustable base combo. I had issues with acid reflux at night when laying flat. The adjustable base works great. I can raise the head height perfect so that I no longer have issues with stomach acid creeping up into my throat and waking me up. Overall I would recommend ghostbed products to all my friends and family.

Love my GhostBed. I was having shoulder surgery and we bought this with the adjustable base in order to help me sleep after my surgery. It was the best investment I could have made to help my recovery. The adjustable base made it easier for me to get in and out of bed with the use of only one arm. And being able to raise the head of the bed allowed me to sleep more comfortably while in a sling. The first couple nights after my surgery I was having hot flashes due to some of the medications I was given, but the GhostBed Luxe with its surface cooling helped regulate my body temprature at night and allowed me to have a more comfortable nights sleep. As I said, the best investment I could have made to help with my recovery, keep up the great work. Brendan

This topper is fantastic! It touches all the right places for great support, when you lay down on this it’s like your muscles say thank you great sleep also cooler than my memory foam mattress which is why I bought it to begin with. I would highly recommend this topper. The only issue was getting it in a timely manner took about 2 months so don’t be in a hurry it’s worth the wait.

The split king does not stay together well, slid apart leaving a gap for the remote to fall through then you have to move bed to retrieve. The mattress did sleep cool as advertised but is too firm for my liking. I was disappointed and want to return.

At first I thought the mattress was probably going to be too soft. But after a couple nights, I realized I was sleeping through the night without the usual up-at-least-once break. Additionally, I have slept exclusively on my back for nearly 20 years because of a wonky right shoulder and a bursa in my left hip -- so, nowhere left but my back. I have now discovered that, on this mattress, I can lie on either my left or right side without setting off my traditional pain points. What a boon! I can change positions for the first time in years. Next ... due to neck surgery some years ago, I cannot sleep completely flat when on my back, so the adjustable frame is essential for me. The Ghostbed adjustable frame is very smooth and quiet as it moves. The "massage" (vibration) feature is quite effective also -- soothing me to sleep and being especially helpful when restless leg syndrome hits. In fact, the vibrations are the only way to "distract" my restless legs, so this is a very important feature to me. I've had it on another bed and knew it was a must-have. This feature on my Ghostbed is actually better than I hoped -- somehow smoother yet stronger vibrations than on my previous bed. The pillows that came with my bundle are nice, though a little thick for me, but very plush and great for guests. And I absolutely love the sheets. The fitted sheet has a wide elastic band that tucks well under the mattress, and it never pops off when I raise the bed, unlike my old sheets with narrow elastic. I also like the material the sheets are made of. I will be buying another set of the sheets very soon.

We purchased a king size that can be adjusted independently on each side. It was packaged in four boxes. One for each adjustable frame, and one for each mattress. The frames and mattresses did arrive a few days apart. The assembly was very easy. Screw on the legs, plug in a couple of wires, put the mattress on, and plug it into the electrical socket. You are good to go, anyone can do it. The quality of the bed and mattress is superb. It has the most comfortable mattress that I have slept on in years. Definitely go with one of the thicker mattress I think that ours is 13 or 15 inches thick. It is not the thickest one offered, but somewhere in the middle. My wife and I travel about once a month. We used to love staying in upscale hotels because of the more comfortable mattresses, than what we previously owned. Now we absolutely dread traveling because it takes us away from our Ghost Bed. If you are considering an adjustable bed, you can’t go wrong here. Stop thinking about it and do it. I don’t believe that you will be disappointed.

The bed had an equal comfort level to the 28 year old bed it replaced. I still look for a cooler unused place to put my legs. Due to the slight downward slope of the mattress on the sides, when more weight is put there the slope becomes precipitous. For the first time in my adult life (I don't recall if it ever happened as a young child), I rolled off my bed in my sleep. I did break a toe somehow on landing. I am very grateful that I did not break one of my 73 year old hips. I now take extra effort to sleep more towards the middle of the bed. On the positive side, I love the adjustable frame. It helps to keep my occasional acid reflux at bay

We liked the adjustable bed, split king, but not so much the mattress. Also the mattresses do NOT stay together, tied the frames posts together, so have to adjust them every other day which gets very old. I believe best option would be corner brackets like some others have. We got the Ghostbed Flex mattress and they are hot to sleep on. I have woken several nights very hot but did not on previous mattress. Will return mattresses or swap out. I liked the idea of foam with coil for firmer support and side sitting. The adjustable frame works very well other than the split king does not stay together leaving gaps in the middle. Would I buy again, yes on adjustable frame.

I purchased the GhostBed Luxe & it's comfy, but a touch too firm for my taste & that's why I only gave it 4 stars. The adjustable frame is real nice, the lights & USB ports are a plus, so 5 stars for that. The pillows & sheets are very nice, so 5 stars for those as well.
