Love the ghostbed adjustable base. The motor is quiet and work as it should. The massage motor is nice too and not too noisy for the 2 first speed but the third speed is really loud tough. Was easy to assemble, took like 10 min. I dont regret choosing ghostbed.

I bought the split king. Love all the features for the price! Everything was easy to set up and shipping was fast. My only complaint is that there isn't a mechanism to connect the bed feet together of both beds. We ended up using large zip ties to hold the two beds together.

This is a very sturdy bed. I’m 6’5” tall and just shy of 400 pounds. I feel the support and comfort with this bed that I haven’t experienced with other beds. I haven’t played with the adjustability all that much, but it’s fun to be able to read or watch tv with comfort. I would say the firmness of this bed is around a 6 for me which is great. All in all it’s been a great investment.

The bed is so comfortable. It is taller then our other bed. I like the lights under the bed. It lights up the floor at night if you need it. Being able to move the head or foot of the bed is great. It's not hard or to soft. Watching the videos on your website helped me to pick the right bed for us. We are side sleepers and it has helped us so much. Even if my husband goes to his back he can move the head of the bed up so he doesn't snore. I would recommend this bed and this company. The customer service is great! We both like it very much. Especially the price. We checked out other beds, very similar in quality but with an outrageous asking price. Your bed has all the same features but with a fair price. Again we are both enjoying it very much. One problem.......it's very hard to get out of because we are enjoying it that much........lol Thanks again for a great product with a fair price.

The bed itself was heavy but I love the finish look I got a twin xl after a couple days the bed was molded to my body. Super comfy breathable mattress. Love the new add on the voice command I don’t have to keep the remote control always next to me I just say Hello Ergo and say my command. It is worth the price and the wait and I sure did wait.

I installed my bed which was fairly easier that most other beds and didn't take long at all to set up. Assembly was even easier to follow. Instructions for the remote do not fully explain what the functions are: like the ZG button, haven't discovered what it does yet and the pamphlet does not say either. You can't play with the remoter too often though, it says it will reset on you. I know I don't want get caught in between the bed if decides to fold up on me while in it. LOL :)

The base was nicely priced and has some nice features. Very easy to assemble. Love the presets, massage and LED lights. The USB ports come in very handy. I'd give this 5 stars but my only complaint is the backlight on the remote doesn't stay on very long to allow you to make your choice in the dark. Words of advice though for anyone thinking about getting an adjustable base that sleeps with a partner. If one of you likes sleeping in zero G and the other is strictly a side sleeper, you might want to work it out before getting the base. Side sleeping and Zero G don't mix in my opinion.

We bought a twin xl set to convert into a king, my wife is 7 months pregnant, so she was using tons of pillows to sleep, since we got this, no more trouble sleeping, and no more swollen feet. By sleeping over the remote the 2nd night i accidentally activate the child lock feature, and in the morning the remote was not working at all, neither the bed, i switched batteries, cleared and re program the remote, i was ready to call ghost bed to claim when i read in the manual the child lock feature, so keep that in mind if everything suddenly stopped working.

We’re not disappointed with our purchase and are happy with everything for the most part as everything seems of decent quality. The mattress is however a touch on the firm side and we are hoping that it will soften up a little with time. There was a little hiccup with the shipping. The mattress showed up surprisingly fast but the adjustable base was held up at our local Fedex distribution center for a week. We receive half of the adjustable Base first and then the other half a couple days later.
