I came across GhostBed 3 months after having a back injury. Turned out I found that I have scoliosis and a grade 2 Spondylolisthesis on top of the fractured vertebrae from the injury itself. Getting a good nights sleep was a difficult task almost nightly as I couldn't get comfortable long enough to sleep. My wife also told me that I have a snoring problem, lol, news to me. Anyways, in talking with my wife and physical therapist we determined that an adjustable bed would not only assist in my nightly sawing wood, but would greatly benefit my back condition and injury. Her and I sleep in different beds due to our work schedules and my light sleeping and no way did I need one of those huge box store beds or prices. With numerous days of research I came across the decision on GhostBed and what a fantastic choice it was! Granted I wasn't thrilled about the FedEx delivery issues but once I got the bed (within just a few days) all that melted away. Setup was super easy and was done in minutes. Right away I was playing around with the remote and the bells and whistles that this bed had. Motor is quiet, LED lighting under the base is super cool and helpful when looking for the cat. Preset positions for reading, watching TV, and zero gravity, along with the head and foot massage can keep you comfortable for whatever you do in bed. Just went with the classic mattress and if the classic model is any indication of the higher end models then no matter which one you choose you will love it! I'm only 5'2" and weigh about 150 lbs so I'm not sinking into the mattress but nestled lightly on top. Been sleeping on this setup for about a month and haven't had a bad night of sleep yet as a combination sleeper (back/side). With the combo deal came the GhostPillow and GhostSheets which have me sleeping comfy and cool through the night and not waking up hot and kicking the covers off. Currently trying to convince wife to have us get a second Twin XL to convert the two to a King with separate controls. Finally arrived and placed it on my bed the first three days my knees aches more than ever before and I must say it is because the topper was so comfortable that I would just fall asleep and not move, it was so comfortable. I am a satisfied customer. The only bad part was the delay, delay, delay,etc. each time the staff of you company asked me to be patient and I am glad that I did.

We have now purchased two toppers. The first was for our camper to help with the very hard mattress. Since my wife indicated she sleeps better in the camper, we opted to get one for our home bed. My only disappointment has been the length of time it takes to receive it.

It took us just minutes to put the base together on two Twin XL Adjustable Power Bases. The mattresses were then opened and put on the beds. Again, just minutes. Then it was time to try the remotes. Each bed had the head moved and the legs moved and each returned to the normal position. Then, I made the bed. I haven't gotten around to using all of the features, because I haven't had a chance to read the manual. One more thing, the mattresses expanded fairly quickly and when we rolled them out and removed the plastic, there was a GhostBed Tshirt in each mattress. Thanks GhostBed. Now, my neighbor did tell my husband that the name of the GhostBed was kind of freaking her out. Oh well, she isn't going to be sleeping in the beds.

Before getting the topper my wife and I were experiencing aches and pains. With the topper that is no longer the case. It’s supper comfortable and highly recommended. One star was lost for the delivery the intervals. It took 2.5 months for it to arrive!…

Hello,  After waiting a month for our GhostBed Base delivery,  it finally arrived today. The box is in deplorable condition. I've attached photos as proof. I don't know if there's damage to the base itself, it appears to have gone through a shredder. I was promised by Emmerson from Ghostbed a Grey Queen Sized sheet set would be delivered with our order as compensation for late delivery. I've attached that as well. This is extremely disappointing as we received confirmation we'd receive it within 4 days of purchase. We still haven't tried it as we just received today.

I purchased a split king setup and both my wife and I love the power bases along with our 3D matrix mattresses and Ghost Bed pillows. The bases are smooth, quiet and very sturdy. With our bed being a split king we do not have any sliding around of our mattresses like I have heard from others that have different split king setups. The remote is great all buttons are backlit with a built in flashlight which comes in handy. The present buttons are awesome and I love the one touch flat button when you are ready to go to sleep. The massage features are ok but I didn’t purchase my bed or bases for that. I have also tried other competitors bases at retail stores and I really wasn’t impressed with their massage feature either. The under bed LED lights are bright and work great. Setup is super easy and there is an instructional video on the Ghost Bed website. You should absolutely have another person help you with positioning the bases inside of a bed frame if that is going to be your setup. All in all this is a great power base system and the value for the quality and features are unmatched. I have and continue recommend Ghost Bed products to my family and friends.

We were very disappointed in the time it took to deliver it. It was a 40 Days after we placed the order that we received it. The customer service had a quick response time when we requested updates on the order. But everything else was phenomenal. Sleeping much better at night and my back pain has significantly decreased. I would recommend their topper to anyone.

Two young person job to install but went well, impressed with the packaging but arrived separately on two different days. Costumer service was very good to me by answering a email the next day in regards to the package delivery.Now the bed was so comfortable the first night and has remained so ever since. We would definitely recommend this to anyone that could benefit for medical reasons bye having so many sleeping positions.

Excellent mattress & base combination. My old mattress was a 15 year old firm pillow top, so I took a few days to get use to. After sleeping on it for a few weeks I can say I love my Flex mattress! I'm 240 lbs an it supports well. The base seems to work well & has features I love: backlit remote with flashlight, under bed lighting. Enjoy.....
