The good news is the bed is excellent. Our sleep has improved immensely since we replaced our Sleep Number bed with the Ghost Bed Signature Hybrid. The only problems we had were bringing the mattresses and bases into the house prior to the set up. FYI, the White Glove set up company does not deliver the beds and bring them into the home. We were told one person could lift the boxes. Not true! The bases each weigh over 100 pounds and the box is labeled “2 person lift”. Same for the mattresses. I hurt my wrist and back bringing them in. Next the White Glove Set up company arrived and told us the dismantling of the Sleep Number bed wasn't included and it would be extra. Fortunately, they turned out not to be true eventhough one of the chat agents said it was part of the White Glove description. All in all we are happy with the bed, but just be aware they you will need help bringing in bases and some of the mattresses.

I have been sleeping on this mattress for over a month. I have severe scoliosis and arthritis and disc problems. So far, it has been amazing and I hope it will continue to hold for years to come. I have tried multiple mattresses and hope this is the last one I need to try.

This is exactly what we needed. After a ton of research and reading customer reviews on many mattresses in the market, my wife and I decided to purchase a GhostBed. The first night we knew we had finally made the right choice for us. For the first time in years neither of us woke with aches and pains. We also were able to sleep through the night and didn't spend time tossing and turning to find the position that provided the most relief. The mattress is formfitting and offers excellent support; we can finally feel the mattress mold to our body without feeling like it is too soft or so hard it is like having a board under the initial padding. Love it and highly recommend it. I'll try to post again after our 100-day trial and next year to see if we are still as pleased.

We've had another adjustable bed but got rid of it to buy this one. It's the best you'll find. The additional options of under the bed lighting is very nice. The USB outlets are great to be able to keep your phone close by. Highly recommended.

Our donut king mattress was not necessary at this time so we decided to put the topper on to make more of a normal king size mattress. The mattress protector is a nice addition and help keeps the topper in place and makes bedding changes much easier. Overall good product and quality was very good as well. Support was outstanding when we need them.

First time have a split king. Our last bed was a adjustable cal. king my wife would want it up and it would be to high for me. With this split king we can be high or low as we want ,we don't wake each other up if we need a bathroom break from sleeping. And no you won't fall in the split, ghost give you these pieces that locks the bases together so the bases won't separate. (Great idea by the way) And I think the might have put a hex or something on this bed, it won't let you get out of it in the morning. I get up 430am every morning no snooze until we got this bed. It's hard to get out of this bed before 445am lol. I use to sleep 4 or 5 hours a night tossing and turning in pain. I sleep through the night now( with the exception of a bathroom break ones in a while). Thank you GhostBed!! Yall are awesome!!!

I like this bed very much. It's medium firm which turned out to be very comfortable. The base adjusts and that's nice because you can put on zero gravity.The massaging portion is kind of a joke. It uses some kind of weird air baffles that make a lot of noise and take forever to work.Good thing I wasn't too invested in the Massage.

The base has several preset adjustments that work very well, I do believe I'm getting into the positions that fit my body. The lights are a great ad for needing to get up in the middle of the night.

It is definitely a much cooler mattress than my previous Beauty Rest Black that was about ten years old. I definitely get a much better sleep than I had previously.

The vibration in the leg and foot area was weak. Even though I used for a week only, I could not return because they do not accept returns. They have aggressive and annoying, yes annoying, marketing. These are expensive and is not worth the agony I had to go through. Its now sitting idle, used for just a week. Good money thrown away on a bad product. My loss.
