I bought this topper because my recent mattress purchase from another manufacturer was awful. It definitely helped me sleep better & is really comfy. However, it definitely gets hot! I run cold, so that says a lot. I did order a different cooling cover, but it’s still a hot. It’s especially hot when my partner is home. I really wish there was a way to make it cooler!

I have a disease which causes night sweats. I've been searching for memory foam that also helps reduce sweat making the sheets wet. This product claimed to be particularly good for this. WRONG! With this it's like sleeping in a swimming pool. The memory foam is very good not excellent.

We received the adjustable bed and the 3D Matrix mattress. We had paid for white glove and they delivered the adjustable bed that had bad screw holes so the middle leg was sideways and others had to be put in different holes. The mattress was low on one side. I emailed, called and chatted. The only one that I could talk to was the chat and they did not get anything done. After weeks they sent me a leg not the frame that I told them and the installer put on the paper what was wrong. The mattress I took a lot of pictures and they just said that’s normal so if you don’t have a headboard to hold your pillow it will fall off. You have a 120 days to change your mind but if they won’t take it back or make a quality product what good does that do. The excuse I got when I asked why they don’t get back to me was they are busy and that is claims so if your making so many bad products so your busy. The only good thing I can say is I really like the mattress except for the pillows falling off.

Yes it was pricey, and we had some delivery glitches by FedEx. The company was fantastic to deal with! Every interaction was amazing. We are coming from a Sleep Number; great bed but... This is THE MOST comfortable bed ever. I was a little concerned about being awakened by my husband adjusting his contols..nope can't hear them. I love this bed!

My husband and I have been sleeping on the GhostBed 3D Matrix for about a month and a half now, and we love it! I was very hesitant to buy a bed without trying it, but the return policy is generous. I have allergy/sinus issues and love sleeping at a slight incline. My husband snores and so I keep his controller by my side to elevate his side when he wakes me. Setup was super easy.

However, the mattress is a little too hard for us. Otherwise you guys have the best customer service I have experienced in years! You tried to accommodate us in so many ways. We love the base and will enjoy our Ghostbed with our new topper. Sincerely, Kathryn

Real loud massage motors on both of the twin xlong beds. Did reach out and got a reply did as suggested really made no difference. Massage modes there are only 3 mode. Cannot do different mode for head and legs. Thought it said a rolling massage this just vibrates.

Easy to set up and use, lots of features at a great price, allows me to sleep in a position that works for me. I have lung cancer and was not able to get a good night of sleep, this bed has allowed me to sleep for long stretches of time comfortably. It has given me a better quality of life.

I give it a 4.5 actually. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but I opened it and everything seemed in order. I did have to screw in a couple of screws that had come out. That aside, there are more great things about the bed. I love how simple the bed is to get set up, the mattress is comfortable, it looks nice, it does not make much noise, the features of the lights and massage, the easy to use remote all make for a wonderful product for a good value.

I have really painful arthritis in my hip and knee that makes it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I had pretty much given up on finding a comfortable bed to sleep in and had been sleeping in my recliner. Then I saw the GhostBed ad, and I am SO glad I ordered one! The adjustable base allows me to find the perfect, most comfortable position, and the mattress cradles my body and takes any pressure off my hip and knee. For the first time in years, I'm sleeping comfortably through the night. Thanks, GhostBed!
