We really love our new adjustable beds. We always watch the news in bed and now we don't need a few extra pillows to prop our heads up. It's so nice being able to elevate the top and leg sections of the bed for a better night's sleep. My wife really loves the massage units at the upper and lower parts of the bed,she uses it every night. We couldn't be happier with our new adjustable beds and Nectar mattresses...Thank you so much. I'm so glad I purchased this adjustable base! I've had two major surgeries and sleep has been invasive for me, not being able to find comfort anywhere. I purchased this base and the premier mattress and ta-dah!! Life is good again. I'm sleeping well and that alone is priceless. I need my knees elevated and I like to read at night so this base has been wonderful. I highly recommend Nectar all the way around.

The foot lift portion of the frame broke the first time I used it. It got stuck in the up position. We had to use brute force and a bit of ingenuity just to get the actuator out so that we could sleep again. The return process has been nothing but a giant hassle. The Nectar team is easy to get in touch with but can offer no real help other than “we understand”. Don’t for one minute believe that “return is as simple as one email “ line.

I was gifted a Nectar mattress from my daughter. I also suffer from GERD, so I ordered the adjustable bed frame. I sleep so much better now. I used to wake up numerous times in the night and wake in the morning still tired with aches and pains. I am So... happy to have a Nectar sleep system. 5 Stars.

I have two legs that have broken. You cannot get phone support. I had to get under the bed to take pictures and pics of the leg for proof, but couldn’t get confirmation that I would get new legs. All they said was they put in a request to the manufacturer. I have not even been able to sleep in the bed yet.

It was fairly easy to assemble and works as it should. I have two complaints though. 1st, there are squeaks coming from somewhere in the frame, I plan to try finding the source and fix if I can. 2nd, wire management between the electronic components is nonexistent. Lots of wire just hanging from underneath, seems in time it will get tangled and damaged.

The reason I give this bed a three star not because of the bed itself I love the bed it’s comfortable it’s cozy the only problem I seem to be having with this bed is it does not stay on the platform it’s meant to stay on it moves all over the place and I have to adjust it every morning when I get up it needs to have a side rail support on both sides to keep the mattress on the form itself it has one on the foot area but not on the side area which is desperately needed I would give a five star to the bed motorized bed because it is comfortable and it is well worth getting and worth the money I will be putting the bars on myself on the side of the bed to hold it in place Apple side so don’t let my review just tell you from getting this bed because it is a wonderful bed this is just my inside it made me different to everybody else

Our son is a multi-organ transplant recipient and now has cancer. He recently had to have his arm amputated to remove significant cancer tumors. Totally not knowing what to expect post amputation I bought two queen adjustable frames, one for our home and one for our daughter's house when he stays with her. The adjustments and vibrating mode make this the perfect bed for our son. The vibration helps significantly with the phantom pain. Long crazy story but we are all totally in love with this frame. Now I want one for our king bed but don't want the split king. The price was amazing but not a huge deciding factor and after everything our son has gone through we just want to make him as comfortable as possible. THANK YOU!!

I don’t sleep well on any bed so it’s wonderful to be able to adjust the bed to sit up and read or raise my feet after a long day. The mattress gives good support while still feeling soft on top. I didn’t really like the “cooling” part so I added an extra mattress pad. I will probably take it off for the summer.

I bought two twins to put together for a King so that my wife and I could adjust our heads and feet separately. One worked fine; the other only works on the feet, not the head. I am awaiting a new motor, which is on back order, and which I'll have to install myself. In addition, my back has been killing me ever since I started sleeping on the new memory mattress. Altogether a disappointing experience.
