Well the 2 middle holes did not line up. I had to use a ratchet strap to pull the ends together AFTER making the holes larger. Oh and a weld broke on one of the legs as I was HAND tightening it. So I had to have that repaired. But I try to be understanding. Stuff happens right? Well just wait...m there is more... the actuators were missing and no remote! This is all after weeks of waiting past the expected date. Granted there is Covid so that gets a pass. So far poor craftsmanship and not all the parts

Great comfort and pain relief for back problems. The adjustable frame is so nice I wish everyone could have one. Watching tv or working on my computer has been comfortable and easy after my spine surgery. It has made after surgery living much more livable. The zero gravity option is my favorite. I would recommend this bed with or without the adjustable frame. Setup is easy enough for one person, but it is very quick and easy with 2 people. The sheets were different than I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised, smooth feel and cool to the touch. I would have liked other color options.

We purchased a nectar adjustable frame for my disabled daughter. After the motor failed they sent us 2 damaged frames. The third frame is missing key features listed on the website. No zero gravity no outlets. They admitted they changed manufacturers. We've tried to contact them numerous times but they won't reply and only assign case numbers with no follow up. We are retired and can't afford trashing the frame to get another. My daughter remains in extreme discomfort and I can't get them to honor their warranty

I have been sleeping on my Nectar for a couple of months now. It took some getting used to it, but it definitely has improved my lower back pain and I enjoy the adjustable frame for reading in bed at night with my back and legs elevated. So far, so good!

This frame is durable and has made our sleep so much better! I love the USB ports on both sides of the bed, and I love the easy position buttons. Zero gravity position is the best! It is so comfortable and so far so good! We have certainly slept better on this paired with the hybrid copper mattress!

The base is good insofar as it serves its purpose. I love being able to lift my head to watch tv and read. Hopefully it stands the test of time. However, it is pricey. Especially seeing that all of the mattress stores are now advertising a free adjustable base with certain mattresses. If I had known, I wouldn’t have spent the money.

The mattress slides from side to side way to easy, we have to keep sliding it back to center (needs some stoppers like the foot has, or at least a raised edge). The small middle piece of wood has no support near the edge so it broke within the 1st few weeks, the frame really should go to the edge of the wood (it looks like a twin frame with queen sized wood on it). The massage motors are pretty much a joke. The material already has worn through on the head piece corners and we barely move the head up or down to cause any wear.

This bed frame is life changing. I have neck and shoulder problems. I needed to stop sleeping on my side. The zeroG setting has helped me to sleep on my back. It's fabulous. I'm not going to lie. The message setting has been a bonus at getting me to relax at night. I love it.

We though there was a snore function, but it wasn’t included. We also thought that the bases somehow joined via the frames. We can’t have our big dogs on the bed because they’ll fall through the middle. Other than those two things, the zero gravity is fantastic and I love having two preset favorite settings. I’ve noticed less pressure on hips and love sleeping with legs elevated. Under bed lighting is a nice feature. When I first tried the massage feature, I kind of thought it was silly. I’ve since changed my mind. It kind of lulls you like a car ride does a baby.

The bed frame is great. The service is good. I'm just disappointed that they didn't make it clear that you would be unable to use one of your USB ports if you have a king size bed. You need to get two twin XL for a king. Apparently they only make one frame and the USB port is always on the one side. So, this leaves one of you not being about to use this function. This could be a selling point for some people. They should make it more clear.
