The bed took about 20min to assemble. The only hard part is that the bed weighs >130lbs otherwise everything except the legs on the bed are pre-assembled. Remote controlled adjustment works like a charm & and the massage / bed vibration feature is great.

Assistance with dual twin king adjustable bed not available with multiple calls. Can not sync both remotes to dual twin operations. Do not know who to call that understands issues. RJ45 connections unknown purpose. Connection manual has poor illustrations and does not say which port is power and which is pass along. Orientation of servos also hard to tell. Bottom line, have problem with operation of both remotes and synchronization of either to enter individual bed or just one bed with controls close to led sensors. Also need to disable all power to deenergize to start synchronization process again and again... . Who should one call????

We have had the Twin XL adjustable bed frame for about four months, and the ability to raise head or feet makes it easier to sleep, and has really helped during a recent surgery. We will probably pick up another one at some point. We don't use the vibration feature much. We had some issues with the initial installation and Nectar was great on ensuring we were able to get it right. Highly recommended, and I had comparision shopped widely before determining the Nectar was the best.

We purchased the Split King bed frame which is actually two (2) XL Twin adjustable frames because we wanted individual or separate control of the position of our own mattress. The first problem is that the beds tend to separate apart from each other as we move around...they do not have any method of combining the frames into one unit. Therefore you will have a gap between the two beds mattresses which is annoying when you roll over and there is a gap between the two mattresses. Second problem, the instructions for the control unit is less than basic which is irritating when you want to make an adjustment to the control back ground lighting. It is amazing that when you touch the control the unit will light up for 2-3 seconds and then go dark. In the middle of the night and you want to make a position change, 2 seconds is not long enough to find the field to press to make the change...no instructions to extend the length of time for the unit backlight to stay on. Why such pathetic instructions for an expensive adjustable bed frame.

This bed frame is life changing. I have neck and shoulder problems. I needed to stop sleeping on my side. The zeroG setting has helped me to sleep on my back. It's fabulous. I'm not going to lie. The message setting has been a bonus at getting me to relax at night. I love it.

I purchased a split king bed. It consist of 2 twin xl adjustable bed frames and 2 twin xl mattresses. I have been highly disappointed in this purchase from the beginning. The mattresses constantly slide apart. I often get up in the middle of the night to slide them back together otherwise I find myself sleeping in a hole, practically on the bedframe. I have tried several different things to curb this problem, to no avail. The frames are heavy, which makes it somewhat difficult to put together. The bed is very cheaply made. I have already had to have one of the frames resent to me. The mattresses are okay, but feel a bit thin and can be uncomfortable. I would recommend spending a bit more money and going with another company. This maybe okay for a guest bedroom but not a bed you plan to sleep in every night. I have had the bed for about a year, and wish I could get my money back. Please do your research before you purchase this bed. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

I was so excited to receive my new adjustable bed and with some help got it set up, just to have the freaking thing break. I had it a whole 3 days and it just stopped working. And forget trying to get help from nectar customer service. They are not helpful at all! Instead, I had to go through the warranty. I've been waiting this whole time to have someone come out and fix this stupid frame. Between the customer service at nectar and the warranty customer service, I honestly have to say don't waste your time. If you want an adjustable bed and better customer service, go elsewhere! I may have my bed fixed within a month.... If I'm lucky. That's months having a bed and it not working. Great use of my money... Not!

I love my adjustable frame. One suggestion would be to change the size of the mattress retaining bar at the foot of the bed by adding 3 inches in height. My mattress has jumped the bar a few times in one week. It seems to walk it's way up and over the bar when the foot and head are elevated and the massage is on. I have had the bed 1 week and I have had to put the mattress back in place 4 times.

Bought this in May... finally got it in September after the worst customer experience of my adult life. Now... 7 of 12 legs have snapped. You read that right. 7 legs of the adjustable frame have snapped at the bolt. As much as I’d like to pretend I worked it hard enough for that to happen... The reality is that this is cheaply cheaply made. Nectar has been the worst experience from start to now.

After a long wait. Which was not Communicated well. The bed arrived about four weeks late. The Bedframe was very easy to put together and set up the mattress right right in the place once the mattress inflated it was ready to go. We have had the bed for about for weeks now and our sleep has been greatly improved the bed is very comfortable and well worth the money.
