This is a very good adjustable frame. The "massage" feature is more of a vibration but it is still very nice. I purchased a twin xl and I don't know exactly how much it weighs but it is very heavy. My husband and I had to each grab an end and carry it into the house and it took everything we had to get it upstairs!

The reason I give this bed a three star not because of the bed itself I love the bed it’s comfortable it’s cozy the only problem I seem to be having with this bed is it does not stay on the platform it’s meant to stay on it moves all over the place and I have to adjust it every morning when I get up it needs to have a side rail support on both sides to keep the mattress on the form itself it has one on the foot area but not on the side area which is desperately needed I would give a five star to the bed motorized bed because it is comfortable and it is well worth getting and worth the money I will be putting the bars on myself on the side of the bed to hold it in place Apple side so don’t let my review just tell you from getting this bed because it is a wonderful bed this is just my inside it made me different to everybody else

Had mattress and adjustable bed about 6 mos now and the mattress is wonderful. Absolutely love it! The adjustable bed is not so good. The foot actuator squeaks terribly in action and the foot massage is very noisy also. I expect the foot actuator will need to be replaced in the near future. I expected better for the price of the adjustable bed.

I bought this bed because I had a bed similar to this from a different company and loved it. I especially love the fact that I can adjust the bed to whatever position I wish. My only complaint would be the mattress. Although it starts out as very comfortable, it quickly develops a “well” or body indention. I suppose I could rotate the mattress, but they could also make a better mattress. Ii just put their mattress isn the guest room and put a regular spring mattress on the bed. Best of both worlds!

Height, assembly, and feel are pretty great; however… it’s squeaky, and it drives me insane. Higher levels of the vibration mode are LOUD, to the point it bother’s the next room. When vibration is on, the squeakiness is constant. The legs are also very weak, be careful when trying to move it, they will bend at the top where you screw them in. Not a fan since I like changing it up every couple of months.

The frames aren't the quality I would expect from Nectar and the money. The motors vibrate and make lots of noise when you change positions. The vibration settings on the remote are useless as you can't really feel it through the thickness of the mattress

There were a few minor issues upon receiving the bed and attempting to put it together ourselves. We were able to put it together, but it took more than 1/2 hour stated. Parts were missing, screw holes were welded in at an angle (for attaching the legs), and 2 screw holes were stripped (for holding wires to under the bed). Once we got those errors corrected, the bed went together smoothly. Love the functionality of the bed. Only drawback of the bed itself, the vibrating feature is hard to control. Sometimes the remote won't shut it off. Unless you are over 5'7" you can't feel the feet. And it's very loud. Even with the issues we had/have, I would purchase another one of these frames. The functionality that we bought the frame for works perfectly. I love being able to raise the head to ready/crochet. One thing to note, if you have the Sleep Number mattress, the Anti-Snore function will turn off the responsive air setting on the bed. For 1/2 the price of the one from Sleep Number, I'd still get this one.

Me and my pregnant wife have been sleeping on the floor for over a month now and all this company will keep saying is we are working on your order. I understand it might take a little longer, but a month? This company should shutdown their website till they can start shipping again!!!

It was sent very quickly. It is very attractive. The frame seems well built. I am not as confident in the legs. It has impressive features, like the massage. But, we are not able to use it yet, because we are remodeling and, presently, living in one room and sleeping in our recliners. It will be great to be able to have a bedroom and sleep in a bed again. I looked for quite a while for an adjustable bed that had great features and was reasonable priced. This met both requirements.

Instructions to put together the adjustable bedframes are written incorrectly/nebulously, and two pieces were missing--prompting a quick run to the local hardware. That was disappointing. I hope Nectar stands behind their guarantee if we decide the two twin XLs/split king isn't worth it!
