My one complaint is that we got two twin frames to make a king and both frames came with the USB ports on the left side. That means tat one set is on the center of the bed and is useless. Otherwise, the frame is great and provides plenty of settings.

This must have been a return. The metal on the frame looks like it had been through a war zone. The frame had half of the zip ties cut and loose parts in box. The frame doesn’t even fit together properly. All this and it took them over 2 months to send it to me... and they sent the engine to it a week later than the frame. Honestly this company is a joke and I swear these reviews and awards have to be fake. Nothing but trouble and a terrible experience.

To my dissatisfaction, the frame materials seem cheap. The particle board that the mattress lays on has a large chunk of the corner broken off and floating around inside the fabric. The electrical foot lift shorts out and takes forever to go up and down. And yes, I checked all the wiring and made sure it was color coded and connected correctly. I literally had to click the button several times (10-15) to get the bed flat again. Now we have it all built and not even slightly interested in taking it all down to box it up to send it back. VERY Heavy to go up and down stairs with. We are just stuck with a brand new broken bed! Not thrilled at all!

I purchased the adjustable bed frame when I purchased my Nectar Mattress. The firmness is perfect for both side and back sleeping. The mattress is cool and never hot. The mattress maintains its firmness no matter what position the frame is set on. The motor is quiet when moving positions. I highly recommend this frame!

My husband and I never had an adjustable frame but always wanted one. We love spending Saturday mornings in bed reading together, or on our iPads. When we were looking for a new mattress, we found nectar. The price was perfect. The setup is pretty easy, but it’s a heavy frame. Keep that in mind. When we got it all setup and the mattress on, we immediately tried the zero gravity. It is PERFECT. 10 out of 10.

I used to have a previous version of the Nectar adjustable bed frame. In August we lost our home to a fire, unfortunately. One thing we were looking forward to was our Nectar bed and adjustable frame. The new frames came and were very different. After a few months, they were sagging so far in the middle that when the frame was "flat" the mattress had a full 2-inch gap where it didn't touch the frame. They sent replacements. And lo and behold same problem. Nectar then forced me to reach out to the manufacturer, who in turn said they had a 2-month lead time to fix the bed frame. AND BTW you only have 50 days to return the adjustable bedframe so watch out for that. Anyway, I'd recommend getting a different bed frame.

Setup frame, place matress, put foot bar on. Foot bar doesnt fit. Impossible to talk to anyone, email takes forever and they want pics feom under thw bed and video of me trying to place the bar. Im solo, its heavy. Disappointing to spend so much on a faulty frame and get zero assistance with a fix.

Not a bad set up. Definately built super cheap. The massagers are a joke. Theyre just super loud and can hardly feel it through nectar matress. Personally i feel like the pivot point for the head could be a little higher. My feet hang off the end of the bed when its in the tv mode.

A few years ago, we bought our son a nectar mattress. He loves it. I just purchased one with the adjustable bed frame. I now am a believer. This is the best bed I’ve owned. The feel of the memory foam is soo relaxing and the zero gravity features help my legs.

Occasional it stops working. All I do is unplug it and plug it back in and it works, so it is no great inconvenience. I like having the adjustable bed for things I want to do before I sleep. Having the adjustable has not improved my sleep habits at all. I am happy with it… just not extremely happy.
