Terrible quality control. Product not as described. One solid leg v 2 that can be used as different lengths. Was not high enough to fit our frame (would have been if legs were as described). Missing parts. Broken leg. Cracked frame. They do stand behind the product - just keep sending you replacements. Still taking cracks at it.

I don’t sleep well on any bed so it’s wonderful to be able to adjust the bed to sit up and read or raise my feet after a long day. The mattress gives good support while still feeling soft on top. I didn’t really like the “cooling” part so I added an extra mattress pad. I will probably take it off for the summer.

Well I was excited about buying a frame that raises my head and feet. I had no idea it also does head, foot, or both massage functions AND four USB ports, two on each side. It came with leg extensions so I could choose my bed’s height. The remote also has a low light flashlight, great for looking around in the middle of the night. FYI it does not come with headboard brackets. I am very happy.

The adjustable frame is great however could use a lip on both sides to keep the mattress from sliding side to side. There is a bar at the bottom but that's it. Happy with the remote and presets. Not so happy with the massager. I have another power base by beauty rest that has Heavy Duty massage motors that actually do something. The ones on this 1500 dollar list frame aren't worth having. This is the same price I paid for my other power frame so no excuse at this price. I will say that it's a super heavy frame that isn't going to wear out anytime soon.

Purchased two twin XL frames. Very easy to set up. The two fit perfectly within my existing king size bedframe. Installed each on top of fixed slats already in place within my king size bedframe. I added velcro strips between slats and the adjustable beds to preclude movement. Works great and am totally satisfied.

My husband is a huge fan of the messaging, just wished there was heat. I like the fact the bed I feet and head go up and down. My only complaint is we got the king split and sometimes when my husband adjust his bed position it moves my bed. I also wish we could connect our beds and get gather so they don’t move away from each other, that issue will resolve itself as soon as put an area rug under the bed or get rubber feet. I would definitely recommend this bed it’s very comfortable and the fact that it came with everything you needed to sleep in right away was awesome.

We owned the adjustable beds only 7 months and we have already had issues. One required a replacement component. The warranty department was not easy to deal with! We are elderly and husband is partially disabled as we explained to customer service. They expected us to actually install the part . After getting angry, they sent someone to fix it. That was one bed. The other bed is having issues as well. The vibration quits working periodically but so far by turning the power to bed on and off it starts up. We paid a lot of money for these beds and not satisfied with the quality! The mattresses are great but I do regret the Resident frames. We should have paid more and gone with Tempur Pedic.

Bought the split king. The two twin xl mattresses don’t conform to the frames when the legs are raised. Your legs will raise without bending at the knees. This may not be a problem for some people. I tied a strap around each mattress and frame, to keep them together at the foot of the bed. The middle of the mattress is held in place by your body weight. This works for us. With this modification, it functions great. It is inconvenient when making the bed. The mattresses may conform on their own with time, but by then your frames fifty day satisfaction will be over. There doesn’t seem to be any connection between customer service and quality control. I spent two months communicating with customer service, sending pictures and a video. The only solution was to send out new mattresses. The new ones were the same. I started the return process only to become more frustrated, when I had to send more pictures. This all took place within the satisfaction period. The twin xl mattress is probably too lightweight for an adjustable frame.

We debated whether we needed the adjustable frame when we purchased the mattress, as it was an extra expense. We are so happy that we decided to go with the adjustable frame. We use it all the time and it makes the bed so much more comfortable. Highly recommended!

The bed works as described. But it came late, one usb port wiring setup was completely shattered, there is several holes in the 'wood'. Nothing that prevented me from sleeping on it. Still id expect new and it looks like I got the one from the 'junk drawer'
