I love my new Nectar mattress and adjustable bed frame! I recently found out that I have a compressed disc in my cervical spine and the zero gravity setting works perfectly to help relieve some of my pain. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and the remote did stop working once. I had a hard time finding any troubleshooting information but once I reset the frame by unplugging it and then plugging it back in the remote starting working again.

The bed frame stopped responding. Now I only have an overpriced flat bed. These adjustable beds are a good option especially for a paraplegic like myself. The remote is convenient and easy to use but the massage option is not worth paying any extra money for. You get more noise out of it than a massage. All it does is shake the mattress under you. If you have a good comfortable mattress then you won't feel much of a massage. You can buy the Nectar mattress but for the bedframe I would recommend other better and less expensive options. I've seen similar options with up to 10 yr warranties and lower price. Look around for better options.

The set up was very easy. Our frame is squeaking, sounds like how the old beds used to. I will be calling to see if they have any ideas as to why. The head being raised we are still getting used to, our old beds were also adjustable the heads went up and it was more comfortable, this one seems to come from the middle of the bed, its taking us some time to get used to it. I liked our old adjustable frame better, but those were for a split king. Hoping we can get some help to stop the squeaking noises. We love the mattress though. The remote is awesome, love the light on it, it has helped me out a few times.

Received the damaged adjustable bed frame and called immediately to report it and sent photos in. I never got a response and have been ignored. I finally just bent the brackets back in place to receive the motors to put it together. Because it had missing or broken plastic washers it’s noisy and the massage feature noise is also amplified by the lack of washers.

Purchased Nectar split king with adjustable bases to replace aging king mattress. Order, delivery, and assembly process was easy. Although still finding my ideal sleep position a few weeks in, my sleep quality improved immediately. My husband and I have different preferences and this bed has been great!

We purchased the king which is double XL twin mattresses, they were easy to assemble, HOWEVER, we wish they had some sort of brace like the foot of the bed does, but on the sides, we purchased anti slip cushion mats and they help a LITTLE but we constantly have to push the mattresses to meet in the middle. I’ve lost remotes in the crack a couple times in 1 week. But we sleep soooo well. They get a little hot, but I don’t notice until I wake up since I’m in a deep sleep more now than ever.

The whole set is awesome. The mattress wasn't as soft as I had hoped, but with the excellent help from customer service, they sent me a pillow topper. That fixed the softness issue. And with the adjustable bed frame, my bed is perfect. The massage option on the frame is a bit useless, but other than that, I'm in love with everything from Nectar.

We upgraded to an adjustable frame from a regular bed and love it so far. The TV setting is perfect for drinking coffee in bed. We're still trying to decide if we want a headboard. The only thing I wish it had was a way to control the bed without the remote. Maybe buttons next to the USB ports?

We love our new Nectar and adjustable frame. Its comfortable and operates quietly. The additional risers are nice, we can have the bed high enough to store things underneath if we need to. The velcro straps that are given to hold the split king together seem like an afterthought, not the best. The mattress itself is comfortable on its own but we bought a 2 inch memory foam topper and that makes it so much better.

I have two queen Nectar adjustable bed frames. The first one was missing parts so I want sent a second frame. It was also missing parts, but because I kept the first one I had enough parts to assemble. Then it does not work. The power light comes on but the frame does nothing. I have rechecked all wiring and also had someone else check it too. Do NOT order this frame. Both times the box was damaged and I could literally hear the parts inside moving around the box. I cannot send this back because how would I ever get it into the box!
