- 5 out of 5 stars review1/12/2022So glad I got this base I was thinking of a traditional platform. But I use it multiple times a day. Raising the head beats stacking pillows up behind you. At first I was not impressed with the massage but now I need a daily it’s so relaxing. I just wish the USB ports were easier to access but other than that I have no complaints.

Only issue is the foot massage function can hardly be felt . Not sure if I have a bad motor or the way it sits under the bed but it's useless. Upper massage function works very well. Wish it had a few more options for the vibration pattern.

I couldn’t get them on the phone, they delivered the bed on the lawn of my 70 YO parents house and ended up delivering 2 left sides so they don’t even have access to the usb plug in on one side. Couldn’t be more disappointed by them.

Mattress arrived safe and sound and was exactly as expected - 5 stars there. BUT. The frame is an entirely different story. The frame is shipped as two parts, both are heavy, and for some reason the company insists on shipping both halves in the same box with thin tie wraps to hold the two pieces together inside the box and a set of larger straps holding the box itself together. The single box is very heavy and ours were utter disasters. Upon arrival the box is shredded, the internal tie wraps all broken, the hinge joints broken and bent, and the motor mounts completely out of alignment Nectar offers to ship another and suggests that we "...check...
Queen bed frame - completely horrible - was replaced and STILL was bad

After waiting a couple of days of for the website to list the move I realized that the move is cheaper in terms of value and design. I can't even reorder the original because it takes 21-28 business days to ship and I have been sleeping with a frame because I didn't realize it at the time when I upgraded from a full to queen mattress. And its not even listed anymore!

I purchased this for a guestroom, so I haven't slept on it myself, but the bed functions nicely and smoothly. I test it out once in a while, and twice the remote has quit responding, but unplugging and replugging the unit seems to resolve it.

I used to wake up with sore shoulder muscles but with my favorite elevation setting along with the variable massage feature, I now get a great night's rest and wake up without soreness.

Also the phone charging cord connects way under the frame. Hard to connect and doesn’t leave much length. Also, we have had to unplug it twice to reboot since it stopped working.

I love the multiple functions of not only the sleeping positions but also the massage settings. You absolutely can not beat the value when choosing Nectar.

I am able to come home from work and do my college coursework in a recliner position instead of stacking awkward pillows. And, my husband says I don’t snore as much with the anti-snore setting. My self-respect is in check again and I feel very well rested. LOVE, LOVE.

My only complaint is the wood frame is thin plywood and it broke on the side middle joint during install on existing bed frame from previous bed. Bed frame still functions and I supported broken area with additional bracing board since returning bed would be a major undertaking. this explains only a 4 star rating.

My mom and I both ordered the same frame. Mine came in and all I had to do was unfold the frame, attach the legs and plug it in. Mom’s was delivered and everything had to be assembled (head and foot sections secured to each other, motor and wires needed attaching to the frame, the mattress foot bar had to be screwed on instead of just sliding into holes... and we had to make a hole in the fabric just to get access to the holes where the foot bar was to insert). Just ask about what warehouse your frame is coming from.

Especially when it comes to large online orders and mostly for a bed. Sorry to admit it but negative things ran through my mind about how much bad luck I've had in the past. After everything arrived and I spent about 20 minutes setting it up I was totally impressed. Easy to follow instructions and everything went smooth as silk. And as far as comfort, I'm a big guy and I don't remember when I slept that good. Thinking about it now I should have bought one of these years ago.
