- 5 out of 5 stars review3/11/2021The frame has been wonderful, but request that it comes from the warehouse that preassembles most of the frame. My mom and I both ordered the same frame. Mine came in and all I had to do was unfold the frame, attach the legs and plug it in. Mom’s was delivered and everything had to be assembled (head and foot sections secured to each other, motor and wires needed attaching to the frame, the mattress foot bar had to be screwed on instead of just sliding into holes... and we had to make a hole in the fabric just to get access to the holes where the foot bar was to insert). Just ask about what warehouse your frame is coming from.

I'm just disappointed that they didn't make it clear that you would be unable to use one of your USB ports if you have a king size bed. You need to get two twin XL for a king. Apparently they only make one frame and the USB port is always on the one side. So, this leaves one of you not being about to use this function. This could be a selling point for some people. They should make it more clear.

One works great, but my frame stopped working about 6 months after I got it. The lights constantly blinks and either the head will work for 5 seconds then not work again or the foot will but never at the same time or more than 30 seconds. Tried to chat with customer service and it said it would be 4 min until a rep got on, but after waiting 45 min, I gave up.

I love sitting in bed to read and sleeping is awesome. My only complaint is that I have the remotes paired so that the two sides work together and randomly they will become impaired and one side will stop working. It usually starts working again randomly or I’ll have to repair them, which isn’t a huge deal but a minor annoyance.

I loved it far better than the queen adjustable base in the other room so I bought a queen adjustable base. I love that I can make it as high or low as I want with the leg segments and the massage is far better than the other brand adjustable base that I had. I am very satisfied with the 2 Nectar adjustable bed frames and my Nectar mattress. I bought a nectar premiere twin mattress for my son also. I will highly recommend the Nectar brand to anyone I hear of needing a mattress or just a new adjustable platform and you can’t beat the Nectar guarantee.

The downside is we wanted a split king so bought two twin xl mattresses and frames. The frames have usb outlets but are both in the same side so when putting the frames together u are only able to use the one hub. Also I was told when purchasing that there was a way to hook the frames together.... nope. So my worry is that my little dogs will fall in between the crack. My husband build something to hook the 2 together so I don’t worry about this but I felt this was should have been done by the manufacturer. Overall am very happy with our bed was just disappointed by these 2 things

Your legs will raise without bending at the knees. This may not be a problem for some people. I tied a strap around each mattress and frame, to keep them together at the foot of the bed. The middle of the mattress is held in place by your body weight. This works for us. With this modification, it functions great. It is inconvenient when making the bed. The mattresses may conform on their own with time, but by then your frames fifty day satisfaction will be over. There doesn’t seem to be any connection between customer service and quality control. We carried them up separately and installed before we got the mattress. The remote is wonderful and even has a flashlight. The buttons light up and turn off after use. The frame has to set buttons for relaxing (zero gravity) and one for watching TV if you'd rather not mess around. There's also a massage button for legs or back which is essentially vibrations but still nice to have. This frame is really awesome for the price and I wish we'd purchased this a long time ago.

Especially when it comes to large online orders and mostly for a bed. Sorry to admit it but negative things ran through my mind about how much bad luck I've had in the past. After everything arrived and I spent about 20 minutes setting it up I was totally impressed. Easy to follow instructions and everything went smooth as silk. And as far as comfort, I'm a big guy and I don't remember when I slept that good. Thinking about it now I should have bought one of these years ago. These guys have done their homework for skeptical people like me..VERY IMPRESSIVE. Thinking about the next purchase already..Thanks a billion and better sleep for me, yeah.

With the 2" and 3" extensions you can make the height up to 13". The "massage" function is underwhelming but it wasn't a feature I was concerned about when purchasing. The setting choices are all the things I already needed. The Zero Gravity setting is my favorite. I recently had hip surgery and being able to change settings often to accommodate my hip recovery is exactly what I was hoping for.

This is the third bed we bought in the last few years, all the others were more expensive and we still couldn’t get a good nights sleep until we bought the Nectar bed. We both have back problems ( I’ve had three back surgeries ) and just couldn’t get a good nights sleep till now. I highly recommend this bed to anyone looking for a good nights sleep. The led light strip on the bottom is a little small if planning on having it to see during the night. Another thing, I don't show anywhere online to get brackets for a head board with this base. That would be a nice addition. Otherwise, the adjustability and the massage motors work great.
