- 3 out of 5 stars review8/17/2023The adjustable frame is great however could use a lip on both sides to keep the mattress from sliding side to side. There is a bar at the bottom but that's it. Happy with the remote and presets. Not so happy with the massager. I have another power base by beauty rest that has Heavy Duty massage motors that actually do something. The ones on this 1500 dollar list frame aren't worth having. This is the same price I paid for my other power frame so no excuse at this price. I will say that it's a super heavy frame that isn't going to wear out anytime soon.

I used to wake up with sore shoulder muscles but with my favorite elevation setting along with the variable massage feature, I now get a great night's rest and wake up without soreness.

I loved the old model. I hate this one. Very disappointed.

The bed is very quiet, upon rolling over you do not disrupt your partner. I love the height of the bed, so easy to get in and out of. Also, the adjustable head and foot plus the massage aspect makes for a perfect nights sleep!

Lee K.Originally posted onNectar Sleep - 3 out of 5 stars review5/1/2021Well it is really not much different than my old 25 year old mattress... it is soft and comfortable but your pillows are a little to thick for me and my head and neck sweat and your mattress is not very good at the cooling either, I find myself sweating... the adjustable frame is OK but doesn't stop my snoring and the light from the power module is quite unpleasant ( I like my room dark) and the location of it if the power goes off and I have to reactivate it, it is quite hard to reach...

My only problem is the mattress slide off from the side and if I knew that I would have brought the queen size. Other then that I have no problem with my bed. I love my nectar. You guys need to put some kind of adjustment on the sides of the split king to stop this from happening. Maybe a bar that adjusts up and down.

Mine had an issue where the frame does not go up all the way.. they had me call warranty..I called they sent me a new motor which my husband installed. I am still having the same issue with my bed. We aren't bed techs or mechanics to evaluate or know what is wrong with me bed... my husband's works just fine. I am upset that no one actually came out to evaluate or fix the problem... mine you Ibeen using my bed for only 4 months

My large luggage fits under there with no issue. So the height is perfect. I was worried about that. The frame was extremely heavy and requires two people to set up. But once you get it set, prepare for less back pain, great in bed TV watching, and smooth transition from sitting to laying flat.

The odor is strong and the instructions need to be more or create an app. The construction seems sturdy but in hindsight I would have gone a different option. The price was great for the features but doesn’t make up for all the negatives.

Assembly was simple with instructions. The price is good for the value and it was a great investment for my sleep and back. The Resident adjustable bed is nice in general and all the positions available are great. The frame remote and connectivity has some issues. The remote battery cover doesn't stay on, falls off easily. The remote doesn't always work to change the bed settings. I have to unplug the frame and wait for it to reconnect to remote. The Resident app is not used friendly, and disconnects often. Not all the buttons work on the remote in the app. The app buttons are not the same button configuration as the remote.

Can not sync both remotes to dual twin operations. Do not know who to call that understands issues. RJ45 connections unknown purpose. Connection manual has poor illustrations and does not say which port is power and which is pass along. Orientation of servos also hard to tell. Bottom line, have problem with operation of both remotes and synchronization of either to enter individual bed or just one bed with controls close to led sensors. Also need to disable all power to deenergize to start synchronization process again and again... . Who should one call????

The zero gravity with massage feels amazing, and the split king gives us both control over sleeping positions. My only criticism is when sitting up the side table is hard to reach but it’s not a huge deal. Very happy with the purchase!

USB ports are hard to get to when in bed. The mattress tends to move out of place on the frame, but I’m not sure that all beds of this type don’t do the same? If you compare prices of other adjustable frames,it’s about the same.

David N.Originally posted onNectar Sleep - 4 out of 5 stars review3/11/2021We purchased the king which is double XL twin mattresses, they were easy to assemble, HOWEVER, we wish they had some sort of brace like the foot of the bed does, but on the sides, we purchased anti slip cushion mats and they help a LITTLE but we constantly have to push the mattresses to meet in the middle. I’ve lost remotes in the crack a couple times in 1 week. But we sleep soooo well. They get a little hot, but I don’t notice until I wake up since I’m in a deep sleep more now than ever.

I also use the "massage" function every night while going to sleep. The only reason I've taken away a star is because it feels like the "massage" function isn't fully working in certain spots. That being said, I'm certainly a believer this frame is helping with my eep quality.

I'm 55yrs old and not in the best health and tried to lift the mattress for more pics that you requested and hurt my back. Then I had to wait for my son in law to do it. Way too much to go through. I'm considering sending the whole thing back as soon as I have time to look for another bed.

My husband had neck surgery and could not sleep in our bed, he slept in a zero gravity recliner, so having the adjustable bed made sleeping so much easier for him the get the rest he needed to heal and work on recovery. Easy set up! I have lower back, and hips issues while sleeping, not anymore!
