I am suffering severe scoliosis and Harrington flat back syndrome and am awaiting a very Invasive spinal surgery. This adjustable bed frame has been a life saver!!!! I absolutely love the massage options and the zero gravity position really helps take the pressure off my back. Plus it's the frame and base in one for one low price where many place sell the base and frame seperately so you pay double! You definitely can't find a better adjustable bed frame than this one!

I purchased this bed for my dad who is unable to walk. The adjustable bed frame helps us to get him out of bed easily. He has been sleeping better compare to the hospital bed that was brought to our home. Being limited with your health this has boosted him morale and spirit to be able to sleep better.

Received 1 leg broken which they replaced. But upon putting together another leg broke. Bed frame suppose to be 15” tall but only 14”. Had trouble getting out of low bed so ended up building my own legs out of wood to elevate. Actual adjustable bed works nicely

THIS bed is not good quality. The bed on its highest legs are even worse and are not sturdy. So I lowered the legs and still not feeling safe. The bed itself is not great either I wake up and my back still hurts from work. These beds are supposed to make you feel great when you wake up! I’m his bed will not. The bed is overpriced for the lack of quality and lack of comfort. The bed frame is also very plastic and very overpriced for the lack of quality. I will not ever be recommending this bed or frame!!!

The instructions for putting this together are terrible. The connection pieces for the top and bottom pieces didn't line up correctly...had to hammer in place...still unable to get the top to raise and lower, which was the whole reason for purchasing the base. It makes noise, just won't move. So far not happy with this purchase.

Got the split king. Awesome mattress and adjustable frame with massage. However, the two mattress often slide off the frame on either side. There is a mattress retainer at the foot of the bed but none on the sides. This would be a useful improvement.

My frame was not easy to put together! I had to get help from support to put it together a different way since the actuator did not fit at the foot of the bed! It was a frustrating experience! The reason I got it was because I read that it was easy to put together!

I purchased the bed in My 3rd trimester of my pregnancy, hoping to get a good night's sleep. My daughter is currently 1 week old today and I will say aside from needing a step stool to get up and down. I'm 4'11" and had to have a cesarean. This bed truly is a blessing! The vibration helps circulation on my lower legs and feet which are still swollen! And the adjustment in the head and feet allow me to breast feed comfortably. My partner and I both fall right asleep after feedings him more so! Lol. I definitely give it 5+ stars and definitely recommend! We love it!

2 twin xl = king size Compared to my old beautyrest recharge queen mattress, it rocks. Below is more specific. The frame arrived in 4 boxes. The 2 smaller boxes had the actual parts and almost didn't get delivered. The frame itself came as a big square in a square top box with a flat square piece of cardboard as the bottom, held together by a zip tie like pallet strap. Some of the bolts and clips were not attached inside the box, it was a miracle they didn't fall out the bottom unsealed edges during shipping. Bed pops when head goes up. Massage on head only vibrates the right side. Can't feel it on the left side. Usb sucks at charging. But maybe good to power something usb corded if I needed to. Usb's on both sides of frame. Beds slide off on frame everytime someone gets up or down, in any position. The frame is past the return, but pictures and order info may get us a new arm that hopefully won't squeak or pop.

Had shoulder surgery so invested in the split king motion bases and 2 twin XL mattresses. The bases are easy to set up. Message feature is fantastic, not what you would consider a message, but more like white noise for your body. It just lulls you to sleep. Only 2 complaints: if you have animals that sleep on the bed they will lay on the remote and unpair them. Pairing process requires crawling under the bed to unplug or press a well hidden button. Seems like having a large pair button on the remote should be rethought. We upgraded from queen sized bed so are now searching for a new king sized frame that works with the bases but still matches other bedroom furniture. Traditional frames require box spring to sit at the right height, platform beds sides and footboards don’t extend high enough over the platform to securely hold the motion frames, some traditional frames you can just remove the slats and set the nectar frame inside, but then it just floats inside the frame. The motion frame without a traditional frame looks like a hospital bed looks like it belongs in a dorm room. With all that said so far we are pleased with the motion bases and premium mattresses.
