- 5 out of 5 stars review3/18/2021After purchasing and quickly returning the Sleep Number bed, we were desperately searching for a good night's sleep. My husband discovered the Nectar website and quickly placed the order. It is like sleeping in a hotel bed. We love it. It adjusts up and down and has an amazing massage feature. We could not be more happy!!!

Raising the head beats stacking pillows up behind you. At first I was not impressed with the massage but now I need a daily it’s so relaxing. I just wish the USB ports were easier to access but other than that I have no complaints.

The mattress wasn't as soft as I had hoped, but with the excellent help from customer service, they sent me a pillow topper. That fixed the softness issue. And with the adjustable bed frame, my bed is perfect. The massage option on the frame is a bit useless, but other than that, I'm in love with everything from Nectar.

But I have issues with 3 things. 1) The remote - it's pitch dark in my room, I can't see the buttons and am terrified I'll hit the vibrate button (WHO NEEDS THAT?!?) and the remote doesn't light up unless you hit a mystery button - a button that make wake up my partner. I wish there was a safe button to push that would make the remote illuminate so I could see what I'm pushing. 2) The split King is 2 XL twin bed frames. I understand that. No more moving to a recliner half way through the night. I have had the frame for less than two months and have to pair the remote two additional times. Easy to do, just not something I should have to do.

I invite my friends over to "take my new bed for 10 min test drive!" Oh, a word for the Boomer's out there... If you're old, you have old friends, who are probably in worse shape then you are. Rent a young person to move, and set it up for you. It will be worth it! I can only hope one of my neighbors has video! Only issue is the foot massage function can hardly be felt . Not sure if I have a bad motor or the way it sits under the bed but it's useless. Upper massage function works very well. Wish it had a few more options for the vibration pattern.

I keep it at bay with my diet and medication but will always have chronic reflux and need to sleep elevated. I've been considering buying an adjustable bed for a while and I'm SO HAPPY I finally did. I'm getting the best sleep ever. I regret not buying one sooner.

Fed Ex left it in my yard and I had an awful time getting it into the house. Finally had to hire someone. On the good side, it is very quiet when you adjust it.

Our frame was fairly easy to assemble and has endless positions for watching TV ,back relief,leg raise etc. We wish the massage feature was more intense but is adequate. Has a tendency to squeak as well when rolling over or moving but not to bad.

We did have a little trouble putting the first one together because the instructions weren’t entirely clear. That’s would be my only complaint. After we figured out the first one, the second was a piece of cake! Love the under bed lighting and the flashlight on the remote. Sometimes it’s the little things. It’s not too loud that it bothers my dog during the night so that’s a win! Glad we got them.

I'm just disappointed that they didn't make it clear that you would be unable to use one of your USB ports if you have a king size bed. You need to get two twin XL for a king. Apparently they only make one frame and the USB port is always on the one side. So, this leaves one of you not being about to use this function. This could be a selling point for some people. They should make it more clear.

I love love love being able to tilt the head up a bit when sleeping. It has really helped with my husbands snoring and apnea. The mattress is very comfortable and my back does not ache in the morning. Plus, we move a lot and it is SO MUCH easier to move 2 twins than a king size mattress and bed frame. Especially up and down stairs. Highly recommend.

The particle board that the mattress lays on has a large chunk of the corner broken off and floating around inside the fabric. The electrical foot lift shorts out and takes forever to go up and down. And yes, I checked all the wiring and made sure it was color coded and connected correctly. I literally had to click the button several times (10-15) to get the bed flat again. Now we have it all built and not even slightly interested in taking it all down to box it up to send it back. VERY Heavy to go up and down stairs with. We are just stuck with a brand new broken bed! Not thrilled at all!
