Horrible brand that offers garbage products that fail after few months of use and they don’t offer warranty in Mexico. Even when that should. If you can’t back your product with a warranty then you shouldn’t sell it. Shameless brand that takes advantage of their customers. Absolute garbage.

First night impressions… less impressed with the app but the buds themselves are amazing. Battery life is through the roof, both were still over 60% charged after wearing all night. Comfortable and easy to wear even when sleeping on my side. Only had to change the ear tips to the small size. Great sound blocking even though they don’t offer active noise cancel. My husband is a chainsaw snorer and he didn’t wake me up once all night and that’s a first.

I’ve been using the Soundcore A20 earbuds for a few weeks now, and I am thoroughly impressed, especially with their comfort and effectiveness in helping me sleep better. I purchased them during their initial Kickstarter campaign, and they have exceeded all my expectations. These earbuds are incredibly comfortable, even when lying on my side. Their lightweight and ergonomic design makes them almost unnoticeable, which is perfect for someone like me who struggles to fall asleep with traditional earbuds. One of the standout features for me is how effectively they help block out ambient noise. My partner often watches TV as I’m trying to fall asleep, and the A20s have been a game-changer. I can now fall asleep much faster without being disturbed by the TV sounds. The noise isolation is fantastic, and the soothing soundscapes available through the companion app are an added bonus. I’ve found that these earbuds not only block out unwanted noise but also create a peaceful environment conducive to sleep. The battery life is great and allows me to fall asleep to podcasts. Once I’m asleep, they switch over to soothing ambient noises, which helps me stay asleep for longer periods. Additionally, the sleep monitoring feature helps me understand my sleeping patterns better, allowing me to make positive changes for better sleep quality. Overall, the Soundcore A20 earbuds have significantly improved my sleep. They are a perfect solution for anyone dealing with a noisy environment at bedtime. Highly recommended!

After owning Bose sleep buds and giving up on them after many issue found this one. Those buds are just Amazing for my use, don't live in fairyland and expect that noise from highway next to the Hotel or angry housekeeper slamming the door in Hotel :-))) would be blocked, NO. But they can give you little bit of break and great sound with perfect comfortable fit. For 150$ you get great set that can play any music through Bluetooth comparing to Bose 300 playing only sleep music My problem with this small pearl, they skip stop play by itself. I am walking or driving a car and suddenly they stop and few minutes they play again or they switch between modes very annoying

Functionally, these earbuds work well for sleeping and have been used to both help mask my tinnitus and to record a sleep history. If those were the only considerations then their rating would be either a 4/5 or 5/5. Where the A20 earbuds fall short, however, is the app, most importantly for 2 reasons: 1) The sleep history is limited to one device. If you have, for example, both an iPhone and an iPad and connect the A20 to the iPad at night then the sleep history is only available on the iPad, presenting difficulties for someone (such as myself) who is using the A20s to help with medical diagnosis of sleep disorders. 2) There is no way to download the sleep history, an important factor, again, in using the A20s to help with medical diagnosis of sleep disorders The bottom line is that the A20 earbuds, while very useful, are hamstrung by the accompanying app and a better app would make the A20s a much more useful product.

I have tinnitus and have been using buds to sleep with. I saw these being previewed on their website and was able to order them on kickstarter. I have been so happy that I took the chance and ordered them. They do not disappoint! You can customize how you use them and what you want to play. My sleeping has improved so much and I am just amazed how well they work. Thank you Soundcore !

I returned these after a week. I found the documentation on how to operate them minimal and unhelpful. I couldn’t get them to charge fully, it was unclear how to pair them, I didn’t want to have to operate them so through an entire separate app, it wasn’t at all clear how to switch from pre-loaded content to streaming, the online manual wasn’t any clearer and when I did get them to stream, the sound quality was tinny. Definitely not a device I was prepared to pay $150 bucks for. I give two stars because they were comfortable to wear and I liked the range of fittings that came with them. But yeah, just way too complicated to operate and the instructions weren’t useful.

I’d have given these earbuds a five star rating before the recent firmware update. Since then, the charge lasts less time and the new interface is even more obtuse than before. It’s no longer clear how to automatically switch from Bluetooth to white noise after falling asleep, and the charge doesn’t last a full night. Very disappointed.

Sound and comfort are great! BUT the rest isn't so great. Slipperiest, most hard to open case Soundcore has ever developed. Constantly fumbling with trying to open and unable to get a grip. Sleep sounds feature is clunky at best. I rarely use because it's difficult to figure out. Advertised at 14 hours but I have yet to get 8 hours out of them. Also early backers of this Kickstarter were promised Samsung Care, but replacements for this product have been out of stock for months. Quite disappointing for a company that used to be on top of customer service.

made sure batteries were up to 100%. Pairing the earbuds was more trouble than I’ve ever had with a wireless device before, taking several attempts before my iPhone finally found them. Once paired, only the left earbud would function, while the right apparently wasn’t even connected to my phone at all according to the app. I tried to reset the headphones, but the instructions said to press the button on the back of the case for 10 seconds and the indicator lights should flash three times, so I tried this; however, the indicator lights never flash no matter how long I hold that button down. Repeatedly forgetting and reconnecting the device did not solve the issue. What audio I did manage get from the left earbud was exceedingly quiet for my expectations and really tinny. Do not buy from soundcore. Spend your money on literally anything else.
