I am a highly sensitive sleeper. I live in an older home with my family, so the walls are super thin and the floors and doors are very creaky at times, especially at night when it's quiet. It got to the point where any little noise would bother me and interrupt my sleep. I had a white noise machine, but it wasn't enough anymore. I decided to bite the bullet and buy these earbuds...and let me tell you....my life is changed. Now I know that sounds dramatic, but as someone who used to be brought to tears over not being able to sleep, how much more dramatic can you get (lol). I love the ability to change the sounds and sync an alarm, and I especially love how comfortable they are! As a side sleeper, they do not hurt my ears at all. Since purchasing these, my sleep has improved tenfold and I can finally fall asleep stress-free. Plus, I have been waking up so energized. Thank you Sleepcore!

I have had sleep issues for years. I used to use Bose sleep buds, but they died I moved to the soundcore ones. Easy and comfortable fit. Easy set up. I like the ability to listen to audiobooks and then switch to sleep sounds and turn off my phone I have found the sleep data useful. Very pleased with them.

I love the Sleep A20s because of how well they track your sleep. I really love how it shows when you are in your three stages of sleep. I also how it shows what position you are in when you sleep. They are very comfortable and don't disturb your sleep with those bad ear aches other earbuds would give. Overall, great product to make you sleep good at night.

I’ve been searching for earbuds or some type of headphones that I could sleep with for a long time now. Every one that I’ve tried was either uncomfortable, sounded terrible, or would fall out through the night. These stay in all night, are super comfortable, especially for side sleeping, and sound great. Worth every penny!

I am writing this review from a hotel room, which I am sharing with three snorers. I am a light sleeper, and have never been able to spend a night with one snorer, let alone three. I’ve tried ear plugs, sound machines, snore strips, everything. Last night, I slept for 8 hours (calculated by my headphones) and did not hear the snoring once!! I was also able to sleep on my side, as these are so comfortable. These are an amazing product. I love the options of sound blocking and premade sounds, and the battery life has been great. Thank you!!

Functionally, these earbuds work well for sleeping and have been used to both help mask my tinnitus and to record a sleep history. If those were the only considerations then their rating would be either a 4/5 or 5/5. Where the A20 earbuds fall short, however, is the app, most importantly for 2 reasons: 1) The sleep history is limited to one device. If you have, for example, both an iPhone and an iPad and connect the A20 to the iPad at night then the sleep history is only available on the iPad, presenting difficulties for someone (such as myself) who is using the A20s to help with medical diagnosis of sleep disorders. 2) There is no way to download the sleep history, an important factor, again, in using the A20s to help with medical diagnosis of sleep disorders The bottom line is that the A20 earbuds, while very useful, are hamstrung by the accompanying app and a better app would make the A20s a much more useful product.

I’ve been using the Soundcore A20 earbuds for a few weeks now, and I am thoroughly impressed, especially with their comfort and effectiveness in helping me sleep better. I purchased them during their initial Kickstarter campaign, and they have exceeded all my expectations. These earbuds are incredibly comfortable, even when lying on my side. Their lightweight and ergonomic design makes them almost unnoticeable, which is perfect for someone like me who struggles to fall asleep with traditional earbuds. One of the standout features for me is how effectively they help block out ambient noise. My partner often watches TV as I’m trying to fall asleep, and the A20s have been a game-changer. I can now fall asleep much faster without being disturbed by the TV sounds. The noise isolation is fantastic, and the soothing soundscapes available through the companion app are an added bonus. I’ve found that these earbuds not only block out unwanted noise but also create a peaceful environment conducive to sleep. The battery life is great and allows me to fall asleep to podcasts. Once I’m asleep, they switch over to soothing ambient noises, which helps me stay asleep for longer periods. Additionally, the sleep monitoring feature helps me understand my sleeping patterns better, allowing me to make positive changes for better sleep quality. Overall, the Soundcore A20 earbuds have significantly improved my sleep. They are a perfect solution for anyone dealing with a noisy environment at bedtime. Highly recommended!

I want to love these....but they have caused great frustrations. I've even echanged them for a different pair. When they work, they're great, but they frequently disconnect at night. When trying to reconnect, I'm not always able to. I even tried to "reset" the earbuds to my bluetooth unsuccesfully. (I had to wait for morning to successfully reset) The problem is that they require so much putzing with them in middle of the night when you are depending on them to help you sleep BETTER! Defeats the purpose. I have until tomorrow to return them to Best Buy,; which I think I will do.

I have used past headphones designed for sleep, including Soundcore’s A10s. I have always had problems with the battery life. These new A20s solve that problem completely. While in sleep mode an 8 hour plus night is always achieved. Another plus is how easy they connected to my iPhone 15. Once connected to my Bluetooth, which took all of 10 seconds, using the app couldn’t be easier. More reasons to love include the built in alarm that wakes you up gently and does not bother your sleeping partner. And the variety of sleep noises to choose from is vast, plus you can creat your own sounds by mixing different tones in the app to customize your sleep noise. Earbuds fit nicely and comfortably in the ear and there is no ear pain after use. The charging system works well also and the app is very easy to use. I highly recommend these if, like me, you are a light sleeper.

Working incredibly well so far after a couple weeks! They really block out a lot and are super comfy! Don't feel them at all. I don't wear them every night yet, but when something noisy happens it's such a relief to have them handy. Even without music or other sounds they block out enough to help me sleep through a lot of things But, if I really need to block something out, it's nice to have the option to add more. For the first few nights I woke myself up with these in cuz they amplified my breathing inside my ears, 😂 but I haven't had that continue to happen so we'll see.
