Working incredibly well so far after a couple weeks! They really block out a lot and are super comfy! Don't feel them at all. I don't wear them every night yet, but when something noisy happens it's such a relief to have them handy. Even without music or other sounds they block out enough to help me sleep through a lot of things But, if I really need to block something out, it's nice to have the option to add more. For the first few nights I woke myself up with these in cuz they amplified my breathing inside my ears, 😂 but I haven't had that continue to happen so we'll see.

Best sleep earbuds on the market

I've tried many sleep earbuds, including Bose, Quieton, etc. I settled on the sleep A10's for years. The sleep A20's improve upon everything the A10's excelled at. The sound quality is better, the "white noise/sleep noise" maker within the app is MUCH improved, and they have better battery life, comfort, and sound quality. I've always been a VERY light sleeper, and find most white-noise or sleep soundtracks repetitive and ineffective, and find most earplugs lacking. The sleep A20's actually let me sleep; they don't block all sound, but they perform well beyond the competition. I have yet to use anything better. Highly recommended!

Room for improvement

Sound and comfort are great! BUT the rest isn't so great. Slipperiest, most hard to open case Soundcore has ever developed. Constantly fumbling with trying to open and unable to get a grip. Sleep sounds feature is clunky at best. I rarely use because it's difficult to figure out. Advertised at 14 hours but I have yet to get 8 hours out of them. Also early backers of this Kickstarter were promised Samsung Care, but replacements for this product have been out of stock for months. Quite disappointing for a company that used to be on top of customer service.

Work really well

I have had sleep issues for years. I used to use Bose sleep buds, but they died I moved to the soundcore ones. Easy and comfortable fit. Easy set up. I like the ability to listen to audiobooks and then switch to sleep sounds and turn off my phone I have found the sleep data useful. Very pleased with them.

Great until the update

I’d have given these earbuds a five star rating before the recent firmware update. Since then, the charge lasts less time and the new interface is even more obtuse than before. It’s no longer clear how to automatically switch from Bluetooth to white noise after falling asleep, and the charge doesn’t last a full night. Very disappointed.

These are amazing! I was skeptical on how much they would block out snoring since they don’t have active noise cancelling, but I seriously can’t hear a thing with them in. They have so many sounds to choose from in their sleep mode and if you don’t like any of those, you can put it in Bluetooth mode and find a sound you like from your phone. They are incredibly comfortable and you can’t feel them at all while sleeping (I’m a side/stomach sleeper). The battery lasts all night and the charging case battery lasts for over a week. My one and only complaint is that I can’t hear my alarm with them in. The alarm on the app doesn’t seem to work well. I wish there was a way to have it play my phone alarm through the headphones while in sleep mode.

Pleasantly surprised

My parents wake up very early and my room is in the basement and their footsteps are very loud and resonant on our floors. I'm very sensitive to noise, more than the average person, and I've tried so many things to cover up this noise and keep me asleep and nothing worked until I started using the A20s. They do block out sound, but not a crazy amount. If I'm awake I can still hear the footsteps above me quite clearly. But, the sleep sounds do keep me asleep, so I'm less likely to wake up because of the noises anyway. They are very comfy, I barely feel them when I'm asleep (I'm a side sleeper), and have not fallen out, but they have came loose a few times, although I might be wearing the wrong sizes. These work very well for my specific situation of keeping me asleep once I'm already asleep. I do not know how well these would work for trying to block out noise WHILE trying to fall asleep, but as I said I am more sensitive to sound than other people. I also love the long battery life. The sleep tracking in the app, however, is not accurate, at least for me. I move a lot in my sleep and when I move the app likes to say it's me being awake, so the app says I'm awake during the night far more than I actually am. So the sleep tracking is kind of useless for me, but that's not the main reason I bought these anyway. Long and strangely worded review aside, I gave this product 4 stars because they are very comfy, have great battery life, and do help to keep me asleep. However, I do wish they had more passive noise cancelling to fully block out sounds rather than just covering them up.

One tiny gripe, otherwise fantastic

These are great sleep earbuds. They stay in pretty well overall. I'm the kind of person who really needs something to listen to to fall asleep, and my wired earbuds kept getting broken while I slept. This is a much better solution. However, I do have one tiny issue with the product: the ear tip sizes. The sound blocking ear tips come in sizes XS-L, but the breathable ones only come in S-L. Unfortunately, the XS fit me the best, but I am oversleeping more often due to not being able to hear my alarm properly. I wish the breathable ear tips also came in XS. Otherwise, it's a really great product.

Overall, very comfortable while sleeping and decent sound quality

While I generally love these earbuds and I fall asleep listening to audiobooks every night, I have one small complaint. Why can’t I see exactly how much charge is remaining on the charging case? I can see the percentage charge for the earbuds, but my only charge indicators for the charging case are the 3 LEDs on the case. 3 lights mean 70-100%, 2 lights is 30-70%, and 1 light is 0-30%. Not very precise. Furthermore, when I plug in the case, even if it’s fully charged, that third light is always blinking. I’ve never had all 3 lights solid…ever. This is in contrast to EVERY other earbud case, magnetic charger, and plug-in charger I own, including those made by Anker (Soundcore’s parent company). Come on, guys. For a $150 pair of earbuds, I would expect a little more info on the charging case’s battery life. Also, my Beats Fit Pro case and wireless earbuds all show up in the iPhone Battery widget on my phone. So I can ALWAYS see how much charge everything has. Oh, and one more thing. Where is the supposed Soundcore widget? I installed the app on my phone, but I can’t find the widget anywhere.
