I'm returning these

I have had these sleep ear buds for a few months now. They are horrible! I have small ear canals/ small ears, I find it a challenge to find ear buds that fit, and I will add these to the long list of ones that don't. Every few nights I play the game called why don't they work now! Most of the time they only play in one ear I have tried all the trouble shooting tips and they may work for that night if I am lucky then a few nights later NOPE. These little pieces of crap should be MUCH more user friendly for the price you pay! A complete rip off! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they keep their charge for about a week and considering I ware them evey night for 6 to 8 hours that's impressive

The sleepbuds A20 are the most Amazing sleepbuds!! I highly recommend! They mask sounds and snoring Perfectly!! The battery life is incredibly long. The sound library is very big with ability to layer sounds. The customer service is the Best there is and they Always respond quickly. These sleep buds are life changing.

They don't bother me when I lay on my side. I do have the largest parts attached and I still sometimes find one on the bed or floor in the morning. Battery life is great but I have had issues where one of the buds doesn't seat well in the case and one side won't charge. The sound is a little underwhelming but they are for sleeping really. They block out some noise but not all of it. It is enough for me when i'm using the sleep sounds or bluetooth, but I could see them not blocking out enough sound for some people. The case is the worst part for me. It's shape, the way it opens and the material used to make it all contribute to it shooting out of my hand like a disk launcher when I try to open it to put the earbuds in or take them out. It can be very frustrating trying to find the case in the dark on the floor and not wake up my wife.

For years I have been waking early (3-4 AM) and unable to go back to sleep. I now sleep 7-8 hours through the night. Fits perfectly with preinstalled medium tips, never fall out, and I hardly notice them as a side sleeper. Blocks out almost all sound, brown noise in sleep mode works for me. Sound quality for music is mediocre, but that is not the purpose.

I got these because I lost my Sleep A10s while traveling. These work fine, but I prefer the design of the A10s. These don’t nestle as deeply in the charging case, with the result that it’s easy to dislodge them while sliding the case shut. And then I don’t realize that that happened until the next night, when I go to use them, and one or both have not charged. This has happened to me several times. The A10s didn’t have this problem.

I’d have given these earbuds a five star rating before the recent firmware update. Since then, the charge lasts less time and the new interface is even more obtuse than before. It’s no longer clear how to automatically switch from Bluetooth to white noise after falling asleep, and the charge doesn’t last a full night. Very disappointed.

Comfort and sound is excellent, but one earbuds continually cuts out, as if it’s losing signal. I love my two other Soundcore models, so I returned the first pair and bought another set. Same problem! My Q45s are awesome. My Liberty 3 Pros, outstanding. Even when sleeping in them. So I was ecstatic about getting the A20s, only to be sorely disappointed when they kept cutting out. So I returned the 2nd set and setting for being uncomfortable in my Q45s or just go without.

After owning Bose sleep buds and giving up on them after many issue found this one. Those buds are just Amazing for my use, don't live in fairyland and expect that noise from highway next to the Hotel or angry housekeeper slamming the door in Hotel :-))) would be blocked, NO. But they can give you little bit of break and great sound with perfect comfortable fit. For 150$ you get great set that can play any music through Bluetooth comparing to Bose 300 playing only sleep music My problem with this small pearl, they skip stop play by itself. I am walking or driving a car and suddenly they stop and few minutes they play again or they switch between modes very annoying
