The big pro: It can get under furniture a normal vacuum can't. Think about under your bed that's been forgotten for who knows how long! I move any obstacles and wires out of the way but it will try to climb furniture with flat legs. Cleanup is a breeze! The mop requires minimal water. I use distilled because I have hard water. I like how it only dispenses water and doesn't collect dirty so there is no smell. It has no problem going over thresholds which is also why it attempts furniture with flat legs. It definitely needs to be watched during setup so you can setup “stay out zones” like stairs because it will try to jump! lol. I love this thing so much that I'm considering swapping out furniture it won't climb. I like to think I keep a clean house so I was shocked with what it found the first use but like I said it got in places I couldn't easily get to before.

I currently have a robot vacuum, but it does not have the mop feature and boy. Does this. Make a difference! It was incredibly easy to set up. It works great. It looks sleek and takes up very little room. I love that. You don't have to empty the bin for months! Covers my entire apartment with ease and maneuvers easily between hard wood and carpets. Very reliable and low maintenance.

I cannot believe how much dirt and hair it vacuums up daily! The mopping function is the best part! With 3 teenagers that spill and think they've wiped up well enough, this comes along and cleans it all up! It leaves no streaks on my kitchen tile floor and leaves it clean!!! My wife fills the small reservoir on the mop pad and dumps the vacuum out daily, but it is well worth the minute that takes, instead of dragging out the mop and bucket to do the same job daily. We love it!! The convenience is amazing! No issues with it at all, it is quiet and dependable, and always finds its way back to the charging base after doing a great job! We can't, and won't, live without it now! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Initial setup is difficult, and even after creating a map, you need to calibrate it every now and then which is annoying. Never completes the job in its estimated time. One time it took 6 hours to just vacuum one bedroom when estimated time was 14 minutes. Keeping bumping into same things repeatedly. Haven't been able to use the mopping functionality yet. Battery runs fast. Perhaps there's a learning curve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a roomba or a self vacuuming robot. I received the iRobot Roomba 205 and was sooo excited! Being a mom of 3 messes around the house get stressful and sometimes I don't have time to vacuum as often as I would like. I usually vacuum and mop 3x a day because having toddlers is not for the weak. This vacuum has been a lifesaver. I love that it also has a mop mode so I don't have to stress of mopping all the time on top of vacuuming. This little machine is quick around the house and I love that you can control it from your phone. It was pretty simple to set up, the only issue I had was trouble shooting the app because it made me add the vacuum a couple times till it finally accepted it as mine. The capacity for it last a while, I have yet to empty the debris but I will be shocked if it last a few months with the messes my kids make. Overall I am absolutely impressed and beyond happy with my new little roomba!

The Roomba operate quietly and I appreciate the dust bin that's bigger than other brands. The roomba size allows it to dock under the furniture and the battery last for a long time and it recharges automatically. Clean house and less chore to do!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been enjoying using this new iRobot Roomba 208 DustCompactor Combo Robot Vacuum & Mop! The setup was super easy right out of the box. I like the Roomba Home app navigation, too. There are options to vacuum only, mop only, or combo, as well as spot clean desired areas. Upon first use, the robot created a map of each room, and I can select to clean all, or only individual rooms at a time. It picks up all the dust, hair, and other debris effectively. And I like that after mopping the floor gets dry pretty fast. The mopping pad is detachable and washable. Overall, it's an amazing addition to my cleaning routine, and it helps to maintain the cleanliness of my home on a daily basis!
