[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me introduce to you our newest family member, Rosie the Robot, she walks, talks, vacuums and mops…well, she doesn't really walk but, she rolls, you get the point. This new Roomba uses lidar and a really great updated app that shows that the company has been listening to their customers wishes. I see the upgrades they have made to the app, to the machines and I appreciate the extra effort. This version vacuums with various levels of suction that you can customize and control in the app, this also mops and again you control which room gets vacuumed and mopped. The Roomba knows not to mop the rugs or carpets, all thanks to the lidar. Now I rated this a solid 4, with that said I almost gave it a 3 star rating and here is why… I love the vacuum/mop combo and the updated app that truly allows you to customize your cleaning experience but the areas that I am giving a low rating to is, the battery life, there are more things to power like the lidar, different levels of suction on the vacuum and of course the combination of the mop. So, I noticed that the battery isn't lasting a long time and needs to charge before completing the whole house. Now, the main reason I gave this a lower rating is because I absolutely must have a dust bin!! I can't stand to see or touch the icky stuff that comes up off the floors and honestly, isn't that the whole reason why we have a robot vacuum/mop? I know it is for me, I don't mind a dust bin and bags on my Roomba at all and I will be mindful of that on my next one. Other than that, in my opinion the mop does a great job, it is not next level like what I can do but this ensures that this robot will not be coming for my “Mom Job”… lol I appreciate that this Roomba can find her dock much easier than my last model and it has much easier prompts and communication with what it needs. She is easy to pause and to send back to the base at any time whether, you do it manually or in the app. The mapping system is so much better thanks to the upgraded lidar and trust me and I say this makes a huge difference from the older models. Overall, I am happy with this but I still believe that this deserves a solid 3-4 stars all because of the compactor bin and me needing to dump it manually and touching the ickiness but that's just me!!

It cleans very well, picks up every little dust and crumbs without missing much and also love that the mop does such a quick refresh. Its so convenient that i always dont have to think of emptying the dust bag and the sleek design makes it look so polished and gives extra space to the room. Love the navigation and cleaning mechanism

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my review] The iRobot Roomba is awesome! It's super helpful when it comes to keeping your house clean. It cleans up a lot of the dust and dirt on the floor efficiently. So worth it!

Against my better judgment I purchased this vacuum from Sam's and another from the company website directly - their build quality has consistently deteriorated and I'm now a few months into using this and it cannot hold a charge, cannot go over a rug (even when it's not supposed to be mopping) and makes up its own mind as to whether I scheduled it to mop or just vacuum. I'm not going to warranty it, not going to attempt a return - going to throw into the trash and never purchase an iRobot product ever again! I say against my better judgment as this is now the third vacuum (these two and one I purchased 3-years ago) that did not last a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been enjoying using this new iRobot Roomba 208 DustCompactor Combo Robot Vacuum & Mop! The setup was super easy right out of the box. I like the Roomba Home app navigation, too. There are options to vacuum only, mop only, or combo, as well as spot clean desired areas. Upon first use, the robot created a map of each room, and I can select to clean all, or only individual rooms at a time. It picks up all the dust, hair, and other debris effectively. And I like that after mopping the floor gets dry pretty fast. The mopping pad is detachable and washable. Overall, it's an amazing addition to my cleaning routine, and it helps to maintain the cleanliness of my home on a daily basis!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the iRobot® Roomba® 208 DustCompactor Combo Robot Vacuum & Mop for free in exchange for my honest review. The robot just moves around and cleans on its own, which makes life easier. The suction is strong enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and small dirt without any issues. My floors look cleaner without me doing much. There's an app on the phone where you can start or stop it, set a schedule, and see where it cleaned. I use it even when I'm not home, which is very convenient. It also has a mopping function. It's not a deep clean, but it helps keep the floors fresh. It's a little noisy, but that's normal for a vacuum like this. Also, I don't know why, but I find it kind of cute haha. Sometimes I just watch it moving around doing its thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super impressed! It really picked up more than i thought a robot vacuum would. It just went wherever it needed and sucked up dirt and tons of dog hair. Literally set it and go. Watch it work its magic. Im so happy i dont have to manually vacuum every day now!

This is my first ever and let me tell you from the moment I unpackaged and set it up (fast and easy) i just knew it was going to be a game changer lol she vacuumed and mopped for me?!! Are you serious right now! I love that it maps out your entire house and even the rooms you want it to keep out of,(sections ) etc . It will vacuum deeply, standard or lightly! It has made my carpet feel fluffy again and has picked up stubborn pet hair even! I love that you can name her/him in the app as well. It comes with extra floor brush and the mop pad :) 10/10 recommend! Thank you influenster for making this possible for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a roomba or a self vacuuming robot. I received the iRobot Roomba 205 and was sooo excited! Being a mom of 3 messes around the house get stressful and sometimes I don't have time to vacuum as often as I would like. I usually vacuum and mop 3x a day because having toddlers is not for the weak. This vacuum has been a lifesaver. I love that it also has a mop mode so I don't have to stress of mopping all the time on top of vacuuming. This little machine is quick around the house and I love that you can control it from your phone. It was pretty simple to set up, the only issue I had was trouble shooting the app because it made me add the vacuum a couple times till it finally accepted it as mine. The capacity for it last a while, I have yet to empty the debris but I will be shocked if it last a few months with the messes my kids make. Overall I am absolutely impressed and beyond happy with my new little roomba!
