Instead of having a huge, bulky self-empty dock taking up space in my hallway, this one just compacts the dirt right inside the machine. I've gone over a month without emptying it, and it still has room for more—it's genuinely impressive. The vacuuming power is excellent, and it handles pet hair easily. However, I will say the mopping is more of a light "wipe" than a deep scrub, and since it uses LiDAR, it's great at mapping but can still get a bit "aggressive" with things like loose cables or thin rugs. If you live in a smaller apartment where every square foot counts and you want to "ditch the dock," this is the smartest solution out there!

The Roomba operate quietly and I appreciate the dust bin that's bigger than other brands. The roomba size allows it to dock under the furniture and the battery last for a long time and it recharges automatically. Clean house and less chore to do!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the LiDAR technology since i have both carpet and tile, making it able to detect when to mop or just vacuum. It hugs the walls and corners very tightly which is pretty impressive and its not loud on deep cleaning mode which is a plus for me. You can easily program the roomba to clean on a set schedule and even map certain areas you'd like it to steer clear from. I do love the removable mop and dust tray to prevent buildup. It cleans pretty good and is great for maintaining your home clean!

It's larger than I expected but it still fits under a lot of my furniture and it takes odd angles pretty well. I think the mop element is a nice to have but doesn't replace actually mopping the floor yourself. The convenience of just having to press a button to vacuum your house is pretty addictive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great when it works, but I've encountered several issues with it. Setup was pretty easy for the most part. It worked great the first time I used it. It got stuck a couple times when I scheduled it to clean while I wasn't home. One time it got ahold of a phone charger that was behind the couch and got caught in it. I'm wondering it that has caused damage to the roller brush. I've noticed the vacuum making a rattling noise sometimes when it is traveling. For a couple days, I was having an issue where the the app wasn't working to start a cleaning route. Like it would only let me manually pressed the power button on the vacuum, not start it from the app. I rebooted a couple times, and remapped my apartment, and it seems to be working okay now. I really enjoy it when it works, but for the price, I'm kinda upset at the issues that I've had with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With no readily available MAC address and an unnecessary need to be connected to the internet and know your location, this vacuum is more complicated than necessary. At my house, we use MAC address filtering whitelist to only allow approved devices to connect. I will NOT remove this filter for a vacuum cleaner. You can still kind of use it without connecting, but you must manually start it using the button on top of the unit. Now, on to the maneuverability, this thing got completely stuck in my kitchen, a better design would either have a way of preventing going down a ledge it cannot climb back up, or a mechanism to deal with a rise. The cleaning it was able to do I have no complaints over, but why should I have to connect a vacuum to WiFi or babysit a vacuum that’s supposed to be able to run on its own.
