I’ve only used this a couple times but so far so good! Muscle mass is improving and recovery is easier. One less star because it doesn’t dissolve as well in room temperature water as I had hoped. I definitely feel a difference when I take it before a work out.

Flavor is good but it doesn’t mix well and alway settles at the bottom. Been mixing and chugging followed by a chaser to get the gritty out of my mouth. Flavor is good though. Not noticing a ton of effect but still early. Really just wish it would mix well

This works well for both me and my husband. We’re active, healthy middle aged parents and we workout regularly but aren’t gym rats. I’ve found (as a perimenopausal woman) the creatine helps me retain muscle, have more stamina during workouts. I usually put this in my coffee (I know not ideal, but it makes it so I remember to take it) and am intentional with water drinking. I did notice some water retention bloating after two weeks consistently using it which resolved in about a week. I think getting through the bloat phase and then staying consistent are key.

I've used creatine for several years now, trying out both the capsulated and powdered versions. Always used before and after workouts with plenty of water and seen great results. with this product in particular, I've noticed that while it's easy to consume, I personally couldn't see much of a change in physique and energy compared to when I would take the standard powder scoops. perhaps it's the difference in ammount being taken. In conclusion I would recommend this product to beginners and pros alike but still push for the purchaser to consider trying the powdered versions.

Boy o boy this stuff is bad it doesn’t dissolve has a distinct taste and doesn’t come with a scoop at all. It is less a powdered product and more of a sandy product it was an immediate return … severely disappointed two thumbs down.

Am I the only one still looking for the measuring spoon? I would at least expect some sort of measuring apparatus. I have different sizes of spoons. Do I really need to weight it every single use?

I love that I don't have to worry about getting powder all over the place. The capsules make it easy to take and be consistent with. That ease of use worked well for me. I keep it in the car so I can take it in the morning on my way to work. Creatine is not just for athletes and it has incredible benefits for cognitive function. A great supplement to take in my opinion and from a great brand too!!
