Like almost all perimenopausal women, I’m concerned about sarcopenia, brain fog and have been taking creatine. First I used powder in my breakfast smoothie but then got tired of only ever having a smoothie for breakfast. Then I put in my coffee, but I could taste it and missed actually enjoying my coffee. The gummies are too expensive and extra sugar, so these capsules fit the bill well. Easy to take, no weird after taste. Will continue to use them.

Flavor is good but it doesn’t mix well and alway settles at the bottom. Been mixing and chugging followed by a chaser to get the gritty out of my mouth. Flavor is good though. Not noticing a ton of effect but still early. Really just wish it would mix well

I've used creatine for several years now, trying out both the capsulated and powdered versions. Always used before and after workouts with plenty of water and seen great results. with this product in particular, I've noticed that while it's easy to consume, I personally couldn't see much of a change in physique and energy compared to when I would take the standard powder scoops. perhaps it's the difference in ammount being taken. In conclusion I would recommend this product to beginners and pros alike but still push for the purchaser to consider trying the powdered versions.

Started taking these a little over a month ago and noticed a slight difference in my workouts about 3 weeks in. It seemed to be most helpful on my bench reps specifically, but I am hoping it is benefiting my recovery as well as I was struggling with soreness. My training is a little dialed back currently but I am less sore and seem to be able to do a few extra reps in the gym. Only being able to order from them once every 90 days means I will need to find another source for my next batch which is annoying.

This works well for both me and my husband. We’re active, healthy middle aged parents and we workout regularly but aren’t gym rats. I’ve found (as a perimenopausal woman) the creatine helps me retain muscle, have more stamina during workouts. I usually put this in my coffee (I know not ideal, but it makes it so I remember to take it) and am intentional with water drinking. I did notice some water retention bloating after two weeks consistently using it which resolved in about a week. I think getting through the bloat phase and then staying consistent are key.

Easy to consume. I feel the powder works better for myself than previously consumed capsule or gummy products. As long as you are staying hydrated a phenomenal product. Powder mixes well into my water and dissolves with no problems. Will definitely be purchasing again and would recommend the product to anybody interested in a creatine product. I feel the creatine helped with my focus, strength, and more stamina when working out. I was doing longer reps than I had ever done before. The flavor of the creatine isn't very strong which I like and is very easy to drink. I feel like this item is beginner and expert friendly.
