missing .4 LB from declared net WT. It has tons of room inside container for the product, but it is missing. the packaging was sealed, so it makes me think it comes that way from manufacturer. Now that there is lack of transparency on weight I doubt the quality of the product.

It's a brand I trust and continue to come back to time and time again. I think the mouth of the container could be wider to make accessing the powder easier. If you're new to creatine or an experienced user this hits the spot.

Love the product. As I am getting older my natural creatine was starting to drop off. My doc recommended as supplement if I planned to continue working out. I chose Optimum and glad I did. My creatine is back to normal levels in no time. It is a bit gritty taken with plain water but add it to any other beverage even mild and you don't even know it's there. Great product.

Like almost all perimenopausal women, I’m concerned about sarcopenia, brain fog and have been taking creatine. First I used powder in my breakfast smoothie but then got tired of only ever having a smoothie for breakfast. Then I put in my coffee, but I could taste it and missed actually enjoying my coffee. The gummies are too expensive and extra sugar, so these capsules fit the bill well. Easy to take, no weird after taste. Will continue to use them.
