I love that I don't have to worry about getting powder all over the place. The capsules make it easy to take and be consistent with. That ease of use worked well for me. I keep it in the car so I can take it in the morning on my way to work. Creatine is not just for athletes and it has incredible benefits for cognitive function. A great supplement to take in my opinion and from a great brand too!!

Flavor is good but it doesn’t mix well and alway settles at the bottom. Been mixing and chugging followed by a chaser to get the gritty out of my mouth. Flavor is good though. Not noticing a ton of effect but still early. Really just wish it would mix well

Easy to consume. I feel the powder works better for myself than previously consumed capsule or gummy products. As long as you are staying hydrated a phenomenal product. Powder mixes well into my water and dissolves with no problems. Will definitely be purchasing again and would recommend the product to anybody interested in a creatine product. One of the best for the price as well. Can’t get much better.

Like almost all perimenopausal women, I’m concerned about sarcopenia, brain fog and have been taking creatine. First I used powder in my breakfast smoothie but then got tired of only ever having a smoothie for breakfast. Then I put in my coffee, but I could taste it and missed actually enjoying my coffee. The gummies are too expensive and extra sugar, so these capsules fit the bill well. Easy to take, no weird after taste. Will continue to use them.

Overall pretty good creatine. Choose unflavored and mix it with you're favorite protein flavor. It dissolves pretty well

Not exactly sure what a rounded teaspoon means.. otherwise, I love it.. I can definitely feel a difference in my body when I take it consistently.

Mixes very well, no chalky mouth feel if you're mixing with the recommended volume of liquid. definitely flavorless.

Fantastic product. I love using this is a capsule and not a powder. Capsule usage has fit into my routine better then trying to remember to mix a shaker on days I don’t use preworkout.
