Fantastic product. I love using this is a capsule and not a powder. Capsule usage has fit into my routine better then trying to remember to mix a shaker on days I don’t use preworkout.

Does NOT dissolve at all what so ever. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. You’re left with a gritty texture

Great deal but creatine doesn’t dissolve fully. Maybe 80% dissolves %26 the rest you have have to add more water and keep shaking

in my hot coffee or using a quality hand blender in my protein drink it blends just fine and no after taste to me.

Does not mix into your drink week and leaves it being very gritty. It may work better in a hot drink but I’m not willing to sacrifice my coffee to grittiness.

Have tried them previously due to working at a dicks and the amount of strength and muscle gain in the last 2 months is massive big thanks to optimum nutrition

Best creatine powder for the price I have had. I use this every morning and it has been a good go to for me. Like most creatine powder it does not dissolve in water super well but just toss it in your water bottle and you will be good to go.

Am I the only one still looking for the measuring spoon? I would at least expect some sort of measuring apparatus. I have different sizes of spoons. Do I really need to weight it every single use?

This creatine powder is the best one I've used. I'm on my second bottle of it already and its the only brand that I feel like I actually get results from. I looked into it, and a lot of creatine brands have issues with dissolving, and if your powder is not well dissolved, most of it will just pass through you with out getting you maximum creatine effects. This brand mixes into hot water perfectly without leaving behind any spare grains (after agitated of course) and you can feel the difference while lifting if you drink a lot of water. My bench has gone up 40lbs after a month and a half, and I'm getting visually more massive.

Got this for my friend who has been lifting for a while without supplements. Got it in the pack with three products for him but I gotta say, I was so happy to see this item was in the pack. So so great. Worth the money; if you put in the work, you will def see the results you want to see out of this product. My husband and I love this one. And so does my friend. He couldn’t be happier!
