The bottle is pretty large, so it will last me a long time, but I appreciate that the expiration date is far out. That said, I didn’t realize just how much comes in this container, so now I’m on a mission to find more ways to use them. So far, I’ve sprinkled them on salads and added them to stir fry, and they’ve been great. Overall, very good quality product, just be prepared to get creative with how you use them!

These are good in salads or on top of bread when making homemade. If you grind into a paste you can add to humus for an extra flavor. The flavor was ok. Note that this is my first time with this product and have nothing to compare to. I got a hint of smoke or roasted flavor but not overbearing. Nice thing is no fats, carbs, etc.

First of all, this is a very good value especially for how large the container is. They were super fresh & had a nice nutty taste.
