Its a good deal if you catch it on sale and not picky about performance like i am,i have a 8 year old shark that picks up atleast twice as good as this one,im carrying it back tomorrow for a refund and order a better quality unit ill be happy with very dissatisfied

We have had a Dyson V7 for years and needed an economical replacement. Chose this one because of the auto empty feature on the base. I use this vacuum daily for limited jobs. I like the auto empty feature and the lighted brush roller head. There are two less-than-perfect details. 1) the auto-empty only works if you have the motor on the floor wand. If you use a handheld attachment, you have to swap back to the floor attachment before you can lodge in the base for the dirt canister to empty. 2) I vacuum a lot of crystal cat litter. The crystals don't transfer fully when emptying, and they will get hung in the back “gate”, requiring me to use my hand to clear the crystals and close the gate before using the vacuum again. My husband has said he wishes the power button was a trigger rather than a push button on the back of the motor requiring two hand operation - but I'm not as bothered by that. Suction is good.

I love Shark vacuums, but this one i would not recommend. It is one of the few products I've ever returned to Sam's club. It doesn't last a week.

Battery doesn't last long. We have pets and the filters puts an oder out that hard to get rid off. Replacement filters are almost impossible to find.

Used twice and now won't hold a charge. My first cordless vacuum and I am not impressed. Now you have not had the battery pack in stock for months..

Suction power significantly reduced in under a year of regular use even after cleaning the filters and ensuring there are no blockages. I now use the corded vacuum this vacuum was purchased to replace. It is not worth $300.

Love this Vacuum! It does everything it claims. Powerful suction as well, very light weight. I love that I can put it in the stand and charge it and it empties itself with one push of a button. 100% recommend !
