I've had mine for about 3 year's great lightweight vacuum for tile and wood floors. i still use the hoover for the carpet in my bedroom. It has better suction. I paid $67.00 at Walmart on a clearance. They only had 6 left I'm glad I did after seeing this price.

At first I loved it…but then I got mad at it. It is close t really being good but just not there. It gets clogged a LOT and the spinner head gets stopped up. When that happens it just pushes the dirt around. If I could take it back I would. I want the next level up. So close, but just not there. We DO have 2 cats %26 2 dogs, so we have lots of pet hair. I also wish when you take it off the roller stand it worked better as a mini dust buster but it’s not a very good head attachment. So I like but dont love it. If it’s all you can afford, I do like the self dumping feature even if I fill it ridiculously fast and it wears down really fast too. I can’t get thru my set of stairs without dumping AND it dying/needing more charge and it doesn’t do a very good job without changing to a hand held on stairs if I’m using the rolling attachment. So that’s a pain. It also gets really dusty all around it. Will show in pic!

This vacuum is awesome! So light and powerful. It adjust perfectly to match flooring to the amount of suction needed! It self adjust suction, picks up tons of dirt and yet the battery last forever since it's using the appropriate amount of power. We Love it!

I've had shark products before and always been happy. What made me get this was the auto dump feature. That has always worked great. Never had an issue with the battery. My issue is the small diameter of the tube. I only have 1 dog and the tube is constantly getting clogged. It's more of a paint than it's worth. Seems like if it had just a tad bit more suction maybe it wouldn't clog the tube.

I recently purchased this item while it was on clearance, and after using it, I can understand why it was marked down as much as it was. Sometimes things really are just too good to be true. I currently have a Shark upright vacuum that replaced both my Dyson V8 and V9, so I want to be clear that I am not someone who thinks Shark makes bad products. Quite the opposite, I think Shark makes some very good floor-care products, and my upright has performed extremely well for me. That is actually why I was excited to try this handheld. Unfortunately, the design of this particular vacuum left me disappointed. While it looks nice and has a sleek appearance, it feels surprisingly flimsy in your hand. Compared with my older Dyson handhelds, it just doesn't feel as solid or well-built. When I was using it on carpet, I could actually see the body of the vacuum flex as I pushed it back and forth. At times, it felt like I was putting enough pressure on it that I might actually break something, which is not something I want to be thinking about while vacuuming. I will give it credit for being relatively quiet. The vacuum itself isn't particularly loud, but the roller attachment is a different story. On hardwood floors, you can hear the roller repeatedly smacking against the floor rather than smoothly rolling across it. It was loud enough to be distracting. I think a softer roller, similar to the one on my Shark upright, would have been a much better choice for this attachment. I also tested the vacuum on a carpeted area in my home to see how well it would actually perform. I deliberately gave it plenty of time with each pass rather than quickly running it over the carpet, and I used Boost mode for the entire test. Given my experience with my Shark upright, I expected it to pick up a reasonable amount of dirt and debris. I was honestly surprised by how little it collected. To make sure I wasn't being overly critical, I went back over the same area with my older Dyson V9 and made a quick pass. The Dyson immediately picked up a concerning amount of dirt and debris that the Shark had left behind. That was probably the biggest deciding factor for me. If an older handheld vacuum can come behind a brand-new vacuum and pick up that much more debris, I have a hard time justifying keeping the newer one. Sadly, I will be returning this product. I really wanted to like it, especially because I have had such a positive experience with my Shark upright, but this particular model just doesn't meet my expectations. More importantly, it doesn't match the performance of my much older Dyson handhelds, which I expected it to at least meet, if not exceed. I'm sure this vacuum is a good fit for someone, and perhaps it would perform perfectly well for lighter, everyday cleanup. For my needs, though, it just doesn't seem to be the right product. Between the flimsy feel, the noisy roller attachment, and the amount of debris it left behind on carpet, I simply can't recommend.

I posted on FB for recommendations on a vacuum recently purchased. I couldn't believe the number of responses I received and the number too. A friend praised this one. I looked online and some local stores, I finally gave up. A few days later we were in Sam's and they had it, we snatched it up. When we got home I tried it, it is as amazing as everyone said! I love the way it automatically empties into a canister, we haven't emptied it out and we've used it several times in the month since we bought it!

I could have gave this 5 stars but because it's missing one major feature (in my eyes) I gave it 4. It's lightweight, very quiet, has powerful suction AND the auto empty function is a DREAM!! I am so very happy with my purchase EXCEPT for the fact that it doesn't stand on its own when not charging. I was so excited to get it on such an insane deal that I neglected to notice that was missing. So sad BUT it's great otherwise and would recommend in a minute.

This vacuum picks up dog hair easily. The best part is that as soon as it is placed in its stand, it is emptied with no effort from me.

Be careful: The battery does not last long and Shark does not sell these batteries! Also, no light on vacuum when using the attachments!

This is a great vacuum! I love the hypoallergenic emptying and the battery lasts for my whole main level to be completed.
